I walked into the sales center that had a full parking lot of cars and only two people inside. There was a Covid sign but, nobody wearing masks. The first woman I saw as I walked in looked at me and was on the phone and just waved and said nothing. I walked further and saw lots of empty offices. I was walking out and another lady in a different room looks at me with this confused look on her face. I asked her about pamphlets and with a dumb stare and no greeting whatsoever, we don't have any, it's all online. Her cell phone rings and answers it and continues to ignore me as I stood there for almost 5 minutes. As I started to leave she said ," hold on"and still kept talking. These people are inconsiderate, unprofessional, and rude. After wanting again I finally got to talk about SPEC availability and another dumb stare. She said " we have 3 homes that are going to close". WHAT!!!? I don't want to look at someone else's houses, I want a ready to move-in house. She said," we are sold out. They seriously only give you one single little coat closet that's less than 2' wide!! Same with the kitchen. Three whole drawers for the whole entire kitchen and definitely not enough cabinetry either! Both bathrooms have zero drawers as well. Also small windows in all the bedrooms & family room. Then sliding glass door in eating/dining area. All other areas throughout the house have no windows so it can get very dark and stuffy if you don't keep fans running 24/7 to circulate the air into those areas. Oh and the garage. Aside from the one in the ceiling, there's only one electrical wall plug for the whole entire garage. I've never seen a track home do this before. Every home I've ever lived in had at minimum 2 outlets per wall! Plus ceiling. For the price these homes are going for, within an area like this, I'd definitely skip this neighborhood and check out another area for better value and a better built home. Not impressed !!
