From my experience I would not ever hire Matt Nolan or any of these people if you don't have to…read more Very unprofessional and rude when you try to resolve matters. Matt Nolan is recorded in Butler County to handle a lien on my property and he has been an immature nightmare to work with. I reached out to Matt Nolan and later an attorney out of Hamilton Ohio as directed in the recorded lien per Butler County to provide a payoff letter and he gave the attorney a mechanics lien payoff letter instead of a mortgage payoff letter. First he claims he will not provide a payoff letter even though the attorney confirmed with him that he is responsible to do so and he followed up by providing the wrong type of payoff. What a joke ! I am convinced he either operates from malice to delay resolution or genuinely has no idea what he is doing when it comes to real estate law. Yet he is supposed to be the auditor and attorney for the community. When the attorney reached back out to him to send the right payoff and to correct his mechanic lien error and provide the right payoff as a mortgage payoff he is now unresponsive. This is not even a mechanics lien it's a mortgage lien on my property.. Furthermore, the information provided by Matt Nolan is all incorrect based on Ohio guidelines of mortgage payoff requests. Not only did he exceed the turnaround time to be in compliance with the law to give the payoff but he also does not know how to accurately type one up based on what he provided to the attorney. Maybe this is small town shenanigans because this incompetence will never fly in Atlanta , Georgia where I live. Based on some of the reviews there seems to be a trend where they make up their own rules as they go and protect each other with their rudeness to justify making up their own laws. Steer clear if you can. They have no idea of how to follow consumer protection guidelines or any laws for that matter when it comes to resolving real estate liens.
