So far, so good! We had a little mishap when starting to use this service but we couldn't be any happier with the way that the owner handled everything! This business is a small business that is growing so new employees will be part of their crew from time to time and training is very important. Our first clean was with a new employee and wasn't the best but I addressed the situation and was sent top notch for the next cleaning. We have only used the regular house cleaning portion of the services offered and can speak very highly of Emily. She comes in, gets right to work and works really hard to complete our tasks that we ask of her. We greatly appreciate her! I asked for a basic house cleaning, I had a mess in my bedroom I asked her to just ignore and work around because I couldn't get to putting it away. Not only did she clean my whole house, she took the extra time to fold clothes and organize the mess! It would have taken me two weeks to get done what they did in two hours. I also had them come clean a property I was renting short term, and when I walked in after my cleaning I felt like I was HOME because that house was so clean. Errand Angels was great for a month or two, but became less and less reliable. Cleanings were frequently canceled or rescheduled. I gave the situation grace since it was a new business. No one has shown up despite being scheduled in two weeks, and I am now hearing that the business is not paying employees properly, and not honoring people's packages.
