Witnessed them lock the door in another patients face and proceed to leave. Final diagnosis was 4 shattered ribs, 3 broken and a punctured lung. Had it not been for the immediate care in Ervine Ky and subsequent 8 days in a trama center not sure of results of waiting on their lunch. One star rating is because 0 wasn't an option.
