The menus are fairly priced and you get big portions for the money. I went for dinner with my wife and we both really enjoyed the ambiance (the Indian pop music was a nice touch) and the service, which was fast. Our server was nice and fluent in both French and English. We will definitely be going back when we're looking for great Indian food. They also do take-out!

Let me preface by saying that the Indian food I have fell in love with is the Basamati rice, chicken Ttkka masala and palek paneer of the United States. So any review I may write about the Indian food in Grenoble, France is going to be a comparison to that for me, so take it with a grain of salt, so to speak. I went to the closet indian restaurant to my hotel, which happened to be Le Prince Indien. They had a buffet for 20€, which I was excited about, especially after looking at the buffet and finding out they had some of my favorite standbys. There was chicken Tikka Masala, Basamati rice, samosas, tandoori chicken, some kind of lamb marrow dish, a sort of Indian Meatball dish, and palek paneer without the paneer cheese. So I guess it was just palek. And they brought a great big bottle of water and some naan to the table. The chicken tikka masala tasted like tandoori chicken that had a watered down tomato based sauce with onions and red peppers in it. And the paneer had butter inside it, which I didn't care for. SO I had to take a star away for that. C'est la vie, right? All kidding aside, everything was very flavorful and I sincerely enjoyed it. If I lived here, I would be here once a week getting my Indian on.
