Originally, I booked a 60-minute massage, but after talking with her, I decided it made more sense to upgrade to 90 minutes. It was one of the best decisions I've made. She applied just the right amount of pressure and never rushed. Once she got through the toughest areas, I became so relaxed that I actually fell asleep until she gently asked me to turn over. The facilities are immaculate, well-appointed and smell yummy. Many other types of services are also provided, such as mani-pedis, facials, waxing, and body treatments. She hires top-quality staff, as well. I've never been disappointed in these past six years. I will continue to patronize this establishment as long as I can afford to do so. This business makes money through fraud and I'll be reporting them to the BBB and the attorney general. I highly recommend customers to go somewhere else and steer clear from massage envy. I have been doing threading for such a long time (7 years and a half) and so I wanted to find a place that will do it. Yelp gave me places near me, but they only did waxing. I needed to do my eyebrows desperately and so I consider it. I was nervous, because first there was 0 reviews of this place and second it was wax. In the past I had been allergic to wax and I just have had a bad experience overall. However, I was willing to try this place and see.. I'm soo soo glad I did! Nichole was amazing and sweet! This is my first time getting my hair colored at Ulta. I'm at that age where I have to cover up…read morethose grays and start making it a point to get this done. I do have a hairstylist for my hair extensions and she's even colored my hair but for some reason when she does it, the color doesn't really stick and it's very frustrating. I'm not sure if it's the stuff she's using, but I figured I would give this place a shot. The price was $81 to get my hair dyed and dealt with the frustrating color correction on the extensions that were fading. She was definitely on a mission and I do appreciate all the extra work she put into it to make sure that she didn't miss any grays or faded areas. I literally had highlights in my hair due to the fading and not on purpose. My hair is darker than I would have liked because I did request my natural color which is a dark brown and to me looks look like black. So I figured it will get lighter after a few washes or just being out in the sun and fingers crossed that the color does stick in my hair and it doesn't fade completely away after a couple of months. I guess I have to thank my mother-in-law for getting me a gift card to Ulta, which was literally the only reason I came in. I came to buy a few products and left with freshly colored hair.
