Escape Resolutions is a complete fraud. We paid them $4995.00 back in February 2016. Then when they sent us to a closing company (CCS Group) they wanted more money to do the closing. They said the Closing Company would work out the logistics and we did not need to pay the time share maintenance fees or the rest of the loan. But, in September of this year, the timeshare company foreclosed on our property and when i try to talk to them, they say that CCS Group has our Power of Attorney and they cannot talk to us about the issue. So, we really stepped up calling and emailing the CCS Group. Then 6 weeks ago, we got a phone call from them, that the timeshare company would be calling us. They have not and now do not reply to our emails or phone calls! NEVER USE these people! Also, they are not living up to their MONEY-BACK guarantee. read more

This company called me regarding a seminar to get me out of my timeshare. I have heard this many many times. I said sure we would attend. When I hung up I googled them and found out that the company could charge up to 7K to get out of my timeshare. No thank you. Yet another rip off. They sent me an RSVP to there seminar and I declined stating that I had googled them and was no longer interested and DO NOT CONTACT ME AGAIN. Well they called, it was from a gentleman who was very rude and acting as if I had no right to cancel because of my google search. I told him several times that I was ending the call and his tone got very loud and defensive. The last thing I heard him say was that i needed to listen to him. I hung up. These "Get out of your time share" companies are just as big of a scam as most if the timeshare companies are. read more

In April 2016, we met with Escape Resolutions and believed, with a written money back guarantee, that it would be worthwhile to have the get us out of our timeshare. We gave them $5000 to divest us from our time share. We did not hear from them and they were NOT good about returning calls. When they did call, they told us they were working on it. About 6 months later, they said they had great news and we were going to close, but they needed an extra $1,000. Again, they did not follow up and did not contact us. After repeated calls they had their "closing company" call us (it took no inbound calls, so we could not call them back!) to assure us they were the official subcontractor for them and they were working on getting a date for the closing. After the year had passed and our closing still did not take place, we contacted the Better Business Bureau. Because, it seems, ER responded to them, our case was closed but we still own the time share (although they still have the documents) and we are out $6,000. They are not even answering our phone calls now. They are NOT TO BE TRUSTED! As I have copies of all our correspondence and have taped calls with them, I now plan to follow up with the media to expose them for the FRAUDS they are. read more

I was contacted by Escape Resolutions to attend a "seminar" regarding our timeshare in So. Yarmouth, MA. on Friday, Oct. 23, 2015. It made sense to liquidate this timeshare that we were not using and I went ahead and started the process with Escape Resolutions, signing a Liquidation Service Agreement and mailing them a bank check for $3000 dated Oct. 26, 2015, followed by a bank check on Dec. 1, 2015 for $900. We then provided them with notarized documents including the deed to the timeshare, a power of attorney document, copies of our driver's licenses and an Addendum to the Transfer Agreement.They then passed it on to Sumday Vacations (14788 Business 13, Branson West, MO 65737 to do the transfer in March of 2016. By November 2016, we had still not heard from them, so I started phoning them. They alleged that Sumday was no longer taking care of the transfer and that they were moving it to another transfer company, and, of course, it would all be taken care of soon. In December, we got the maintenance fee request from Pier 7 and I called Escape Resolutions again. They said that we didn't have to pay the yearly maintenance fee for 2017, that they would cover it as it was all happening soon. Between January 2017 and now, I have called them at least a dozen times and have been referred to: Kelly Keeler, Travis Dibben,and Daniel Morris. At one point, Travis tried to get me to pay part of the maintenance fee for Pier 7 for this year. I said no, that we started this process in October of 2015 and it is now July of 2017, that we have forfeited our chance to bank our timeshare week for 2 years already. Starting this week (July 16) I have not been able to reach anybody at any of the Escape Resolutions phone numbers. I suspect that we have been scammed of not only the $3900, but also may owe our timeshare property more than $600. We would like our money back! read more

The company has an F rating with BBB. I signed an agreement in April 2016. I try to call but all the phone ring to voice mail that says the mail box is full and cannot take a message. I fear I have been taken by a 3500 dollars scam. read more

Company states they are a vacation timeshare liquidator and can take ownership of your timeshare with transfer of title thru a grant deed and approximately a $6,0000 fee.They explained that timeshares are nearly impossible to get rid of and that even when you (the owner) passes away your heirs, children etc. will automatically become responsible for it and any fees associated with it. I contacted my timeshare which confirmed that the only persons responsible for the real estate/vacation time contract are those who are on the deed and that there is no need to pay anyone to transfer title as they can take it back free of charge. So, contact your timeshare company first before agreeing to pay someone to take over your timeshare. read more

My step father contracted with Escape Resolutions in March 2016 to liquidate his interest in a timeshare. He passed away in April 2017, and I began to help my mother settle his affairs. When I discovered that his timeshare title never transferred, I called Escape Resolutions. Initially, its customer service team was accessible and responsive. They claimed that things were in progress and urged patience. Beginning in June, Escape Resolutions became totally non-responsive to both emails and phone calls. Escape Resolutions liquidation agreement includes a money back guarantee if they do not liquidate the timeshare interest within one year. On July 27,2017, we sent a letter by certified mail to terminate the agreement and request a refund of the $4,725 paid in 2016. The contract states that the refund would be sent within 15 business days. We have not yet received a refund payment. In addition, I have subsequently called (goes to voicemail) and emailed Escape Resolutions multiple times with no response. We have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and plan to contact the Missouri attorney general's office as well. STAY AWAY. read more

Escape Resolutions people were very fine! Everything was good. It was done in the timeline they told me it would be done. I highly recommend this company to get out of their timeshare. Its over with and I'm free fo the maintenance fees. No more headaches. read more
