Update to my initial review;…read more I have been repeatedly reaching out to the owner asking him to fix an issue that was caused by his employees. They did a lot of work on my sprinter. They polished the entire van which was brand new and did there ceramic coating on the outside and inside of the vehicle. Within a few months I noticed that the top of the van not the body or the front the top of the van was covered in swirls. It's been at least 3 months possibly more that I've reached out on Facebook texted the owner and keep getting promises that someone will reach out to me to schedule a time. Basically this morning I again reached out saying if we can they this fixed I will update my review and take to small claims I spend thousands with this company paid cash and they can't handle fixing there own mistake. Great I definitely won't be using them again not refer any business and I will update my review on google as well. I even offered to pay to have them wash my van and fix the issues but have been rejected. The owner wants me to take him to small claims so I guess I'll file the paperwork this week.

I requested a quote through Yelp, and Timmy got back to me within minutes with a fair price for a full interior and exterior detail, same-day in the afternoon (thankfully, they were available). Communicating with them through text was easy, and they thoroughly explained every aspect of the detail. They went above and beyond to take care of the vehicle, and after 5 hours, my car looked like the day I picked it up 2 years ago--pretty much spotless and completely mess-free. My vehicles have always had a fresh new look to them and maintained the cleanliness especially inside after being so thoroughly shampooed and vacuumed.
