They are…read morenever able to hear you when placing an order, you always have to yell and almost always gets it wrong. Today, I tried to pay with a Tim's Card that i have just recently loaded, and the cashier at the window said that I didn't have money on the card. I know that I have money on the card, so i insisted that she try again, and again she said the same thing. After that, I asked to try the card myself and she reluctantly gave me the machine. When i swiped the card, it worked, and then she started accusing me of switching the card. When i told her that I didn't, she started acting crazy, calling me a bitch and other nasty things. I then asked to speak with the manager, who came up and started yelling as well and defended her. I asked for the name and number of the owner. One staff member was about to give that information to me, and she started to push the staff member back and tell her not to give me the information, and she kept telling me that she doesn't know and/or can't give out the owner's information. I am very disturbed at this experience. Not only is the manager & staff abusive to me, but they physically abuse their staff as well. This is not the first time that I am paying with a Tim's card and got told that there was no money on my card, in fact it's the third time. The first two times, the cashier at the window didn't even bother to give me back my card after she said there was no money on it. I believe that she's probably pocketing the money on the card. It's completely crazy. If anyone knows the owners or have the information of the owner and can give that to me, I'd be very appreciative. This place is awful and no one should go here.

EXPENSIVE DRUG PRICE!!!…read more By experience, drugs prices at this location is more EXPENSIVE than other Pharmacy. But I stick as the location is convenient. One time the Pharmacist just ordered a generic drugs without even bother asking me. When I question that, I realized dealing with hard-headed person with attitude. Very disappointed overall, and now is time to find another place. The only benefit for most people I believe it just the location, which convenient (N/W Derry / Bronte). Hey, there's a Rexall Pharma just 500m away which better imho. Yet it's closer to where I live now...
