All I can say is wow! I was cancelled on the day before a party by another company. I called so many companies on google and everyone was booked. I checked Yelp and Escobars popped up. I called and texted and had a response within seconds. They booked me for a jumper, 4 tables, and 18 chairs at a very reasonable price. They also came that Friday and set up, and picked up Sunday morning. They made sure the jumper was cleaned and wiped down after set up. I couldn't recommend them more! I politely tried to negotiate a price since they do not offer listed pricing and only do "quotes" and I have yet to get a response. I also tried inquiring through the website form and got a reply asking for date. I replied back with all information and have yet to get a response. It is now a week and half later and I have to continue seeking elsewhere. If these guys take this long to reply back to new business then I can only imagine how horrible they must be trying to get a hold of them on the day of your child's event. I tried to book a bounce house, tables and chairs for my godsons 5th birthday party. I was told the invoice is the confirmation of my booking. The invoice clearly stated the date and the time of drop off/set up. On the day of the party no one ever showed up. We tried calling and leaving numerous messages and never received a reply. If there is some sort of emergency and we were notified its one thing but completely ignoring our calls and not taking responsibility of your commitment completely is unacceptable. Awful customer service. Called to book a bounce house for my daughters 3rd birthday, as a new mom with an almost 3 year old I have never booked a bounce house, but have had friends with older kids do them in the past. I have heard of the bounce houses blowing a fuse and the house collapsing, or getting blown over by wind, so as a concerned precautionary parent, I thought I'd ask if the company is licensed and insured incase of something like this happening. Instead of answering my question yes or no, I was told "I should call another company because this sounds fishy and why would it matter if they were licensed and insured?!" Then he proceeded to tell me defensively "we are insured but if something happens it will be investigated to see if it was done on purpose and the child will be evaluated to see if they were injured before the accident." WTF? Are you serious this is not okay behavior or customer service! Seriously? I want to make sure my child and her friends are safe and covered, but by the defensive and offensive response I received I will never call them back for any future parties. Obviously they are fishy if they are accusing a complete stranger right off the bat, with a concern as a parent. Beware. read more
