This is a very respectable school and every teacher from whom I have taken lessons has been very good to exceptional. It is much smaller than DNI and doesn't contain a restaurant and shoe/clothing store, but the class size tends to be quite small which means you get a lot of individual attention particularly during mid day classes. Like DNI there is something going on at any hour of the day, so you will never be at a loss for a tango class. You can show up as an absolute beginner with no ability in the Spanish language and be well taken care of. The average age of the students here is somewhere around 45 where DNI might average about 30.
One thing, it takes some persistance to find the school: Enter the Galería on Viamonte through the doors on the east end of the mall. Follow the signs and ask if you need to and zig zag your way up to the top floor on the opposite corner of the mall through the art galleries. It is a bit tricky, but well worth it. I would write more if I had time. read more
