Last year, Kieran and his team replaced our roof, windows, and siding. I got 5 quotes for the roof before being introduced to ESP, and they were almost 50% more affordable compared to some of the other quotes I received. I recently had my roof replaced. I was extremely happy from start to finish. Out of the 3 estimates I received for the same job using the same material, ESP was the most reasonable. They showed up on time and the crew was extremely polite. I most impressed with how neatly they removed the roof without make a huge mess around the entire house. They did my roof a couple of years ago and after 9 months I hads leaks coming from around my chimneys. I called and called and finally a workers came and put black tar around the chimneys. After the next heavy rain I called them and no one called me back. Called another roofer and they told me they never put any metal counter flashing around the chimneys and also the skylight. They come on time but never stand by there work. Never should of paid a the money right away. read more

This construction company is by far the worst place in the world, run, don't even consider this company. I was hit with a microblast a week ago in COMMACK. I thought this company was going to do it all. Dennis came in and said yes they can paint yes they could do the roof yes they were going to do my attic yes they were going to fix my fence. I was destroyed by losing tiles on my roof, fencing and multiple things from the storm. He sat with us on the first contract signing having us give a deposit for the roof only. I asked where is the estimate for the painting, the attic, the fence. He tells me they don't do fencing. Then he tells me their painter is busy, they have one painter he doesn't know when he would get to it. But he says you got a fix the roof first to stop all the leaking. My husband thought he was a nice guy so we signed the contract and gave a deposit. I asked Dennis when are they going to tarp the roof, it's Monday it's going to rain by Thursday. His reply was either Tuesday or definitely Wednesday because it's going to rain. Wednesday at 4:15 rolls around and no tarping. I called the office to find out when it's going to happen only to be hung up on. I text Dennis to find out what's going on because I left a message that I didn't appreciate being hung up on all I wanna know is when they're coming and I get a text saying he's busy doing a kitchen it's gonna be a while before he calls. That was at 4:20. Then he texts at almost 6;00 the owner heard my voicemail and says he's too busy, they're going to return my check good luck go find someone else. Well needless to say to make a long story shorter The owner calls me the next day to find out what happened and I told him that his sales person Dennis told me that you the owner said you're too busy and to give the check back I should go find another contractor. The owner had no clue what happened , so he say, he didn't even know about this and only found out about this whole thing at 10 o'clock at night. So I told him he better fire his sales person Dennis because Dennis just threw him under the bus saying that it was you who said youre too busy, go find another contractor give her back her check and that was at 6 o'clock at night and the owner is claiming he only found out about it at 10 o'clock at night so my point being, is steer clear of this company they are fly-by-night, they lie, they'll sell you a bunch of goods, they don't hold up to any of it and they wasted my time when it's going to rain tonight and hopefully not make any more water damage in my house. I told him I moved On. Your sakes guy Dennis blames u for backing out and you're saying u didn't know but worst of all you should've called when you found out. Extremely poor customer service. In 2010 Dennis and his co-workers installed a new roof on our home. This year there was a leak. We called and asked if he would come and repair the work, which according to his company receipt was under warrantee. Not only would he not honor the warrantee, he wouldn't even discuss it with us. All we got was a voice mail stating the cost of repair. We had no opportunity to state our argument or case. No further response to our calls or emails. The quality of his flashing was so piss poor that it rotted out the whole fascia on the side of the house. If you want a twenty-five year roof that only lasts eight, Dennis is your man. Needless to say, we've hired someone else to do the repair. read more
