Fumika was super responsive (you can message her on Yelp) and I felt immediately assured of her expertise when I met her. She did a careful job of assessing my current lash situation and quoting me a fair price. She was gentle and peaceful, and the studio is very clean and organized. The details are all there, including a soft blanket. I am super happy with my experience, and I'd highly recommend anyone traveling to Paris to make an appointment well in advance. The place is extremely clean and the work they do on my lashes is excellent. I used to think my person in NYC was the best but now I prefer Nadia! The table is super cushy and she is always asking about my comfort, providing a cozy blanket if I am cold or a fan if I am hot. I can listen to my podcast without bother, and she doesn't even mind if I fall asleep. Her English is fluent so I can easily communicate what I want. Also, when I offered some feedback once she was very appreciative -- which is exactly the kind of response you want to get! They want to make sure everyone has the best experience, and I always do.
