So they tell me 42 Euros for 45 minutes of pedicure and 42 Euros for 45 minutes of manicure (what they call Arnica). I arrive to my appointment 5 minutes early, however in the midst of the Saturday chaos, instead of 17:00, we start at 17:25. Of course they close at 19:00, so we finish by 18:55. The room is semi dark, so you literally can't see what they did. And since they were closing, I was rushed out of the shop. When I was on my way home, I noticed that there is almost no manicure and cuticles not cleaned. I return there and show them the pictures and ask for a reimbursement. They tell me the manager will call me the day after. Not the manager, but one of the ladies calls me two days after, saying I should go to the shop that afternoon to speak with the manager. I go there and the manager is in another appointment and can see me only after 35 minutes. If she was busy, why did they tell me to go there?? If they knew she has an appointment, they could have told me to come at 5 and not "this afternoon". Since I didn't have time to wait, I asked them to ask the manager to call me after her appointment. I am still waiting for that call ... if it ever happens. I paid almost 100 Euros and received a service you get in a 10 Euros shop. Don't waste money here.

On the left side of the shop you can buy make up products as well as get your make up done (day or night looks). They also carry a number of high-end, unique, and cult-favorite brands to care for your skin, hair, face, lips, and body. Downstairs, there's a private and peaceful cave-like room where they do the facials and full body massages. There's only one bed though, so you can't come with your BFFs to get massages all at the same time. The service, experience, and brands here are special so it's on the pricier side, but would make for a nice treat. You can preview their products and services online. They're quite knowledgeable about all the products but aren't pushy. The owner Juliette is really sweet and also speaks English if, for example, you don't know how to say, "I'm looking for a hair product that will give me a perfect slightly-wet, silky look all the time."
