The studio itself is clean and amazing with lots of great, challenging classes. I practiced there almost every single day of my last trip, and I plan to practice there every day for every trip I ever take to Barcelona. It's THAT special.

The instructor was great and the style of yoga being instructed was enjoyable, had a great flow and was very soothing as it stretched out my limbs. A couple of negatives to my experience was that the website said first timers only get charged 7 Euro, but when I mentioned this at reception the staff member told me I was incorrect and that it's 14 Euro. I didn't dispute it. The other was that the yoga studio had no air-conditioning and it was the middle of summer! Is it natural style bikram?! Perhaps air-conditioning is not that common in Barcelona, but I struggled in the class's heat as an Australian who is used to warm weather. A tip on finding the business: It's in an office style looking building from the outside, and you have to walk up a few flights of stairs.

Couldn't be happier with the level of care and attention that I received from each instructor. Thank you. Seriously. Sometimes, you get lost in the routines of yoga studio that you've never been to, but here, everyone was incredibly kind and attentive. Alexandra's classes were truly perfection-- a great balance between challenging postures, inversions and balances as well as restorative pauses. I was in my first trimester and Alexandra was not only informative, but hands on with adjustments and modifications, explaining thoroughly with each change and this was a regular Hatha class, not a prenatal. It's impressive how much attention she gives to each student and how gracefully she maintains the flow and intensity of the class. Dope!!! What a blessing to have randomly found her classes! Highly, highly recommend. I also went to a few prenatal classes with María and she was wonderful too! I think it was a bit too early for me to be in those classes though, because while incredibly informative, I still didn't have the belly limitations. Great to learn for the future though-- applicable as the belly does grow Clean, spacious studio with natural light. Lockers for your belongings if you'd like (but bring a loose 1 euro to lock the door-- you'll get it back, but you'll need it to lock it up). I didn't use a lock and was totally fine. Great studio!!

VERY DISAPPOINTED! Today (Sunday 24/11) I went to try the studio for the first time.... Or so I…read morethought. Because the teacher completely ignored me. I admit I only arrived 10 minutes PRIOR to the 10:30 class. But as I was standing there, the teacher never acknowledged my presence. Other students were already in seating position and the teacher was facing me. Eventually another student let me in. She was also surprised that the class seemed to already have started. Once inside, I was hoping for the teacher to wave at me and invite me in the class, NOTHING. While I was standing inside the studio, another student walked in, also surprised to see the class already started. I eventually left. This was advertised as a "Introduction to Yoga" on their website. Well, if you want an advice, that's not a good first experience to give to new students. I took yoga in various studios in the US and in France and never experienced that before. NOT WELCOMING AT ALL! (The one star goes to other staff that works at the front desk and that, on the other hand, were kind and helpful to give me information a few days prior).

Great yoga studio! Love the teachers…read more I am taking the beginner's class and it's perfect for me. The stretching and the meditation are very relaxing and I seriously feel like a new person at the end of class. I've had sciatica problems in the past and I mentioned this to my instructor Carla. During the next class, she totally went out of her way to focus on sciatica stretches. OMG, they totally hit the spot and I appreciate that she went out of her way! Five stars! They sell cute yoga clothes and equipment.. The studio is tranquil and peaceful & very clean. They sell packages but I opt for the drop in class. It's totally worth every penny (or euro here). Can't beat it! I highly recommend this place!
