Parked on the west 2nd floor parking area. Entrance #8. Used my cane instead of my walker. Lucky for me. Trying to get to suite 255. No sings or indication to where I should go. Like a bowling alley there. No one to help you and did 3 sets of stairs in my unknown travel to locked doors for no friendy information help. Met one older lady that was lost. Hope she is ok. Workers in the health center were very professIonal and helpful but could not hold back on saying that they must have free rent. Two thirds of that office was unoccupied. We are paying for that. Yes let's build an arena downtown where seniors are not considered. Just remember, some day you may be handicap.

Honestly, I don't get why everyone bags on this place all the time. Sure, it's not the greatest…read moremall out there, but it serves it's purpose. The express Country Style on the far end of the mall serves up better coffee, hot chocolate and donuts better than the Tim's across the road could ever can. Best of all, NO line ups. There's always a security guard or two on duty, so none of the downtown crazies get too far out of hand before they're dealt with. The movie theatre, Rainbow Cinemas plays movies that have just left the mainstream theratres for $5 during regular hours and $2 on Tuesdays. The Hart Store might be a little more expensive than Walmart, but honestly, I'd rather be able to walk there and back again in 5 minutes than have to spend at least 90 minutes on the bus going up to New Sudbury Mall for either Target or Walmart. - After bus fare and your time, are you really saving any money at all? YMMV on that. The food court is a bit lame, but does it's job. There's an A&W, Chinese, Mediterranean, and a newly re-opened Mr. Sub. The only thing it's missing is a place to get a slice of pizza. Edit: As of the end of August, the movie theatre is no longer in business and they have removed the free wifi which was available for at least the year since I moved here to Sudbury. Without these, I really have no reason to come here anymore, aside from the Buck or Two when I need something in a pinch.

Lots of free parking and shopping carts. Staff were posted at the entrance to greet & welcome shoppers. Checkout was friendly, quick and courteous.

Sometimes a shipment of Eddie Bauer or Old Navy products may appear amongst the Hart line of clothing. There are great flyer sales on comforters, mattresses, kitchen small appliances, blinds, etc. Store staff are excellent, helpful and friendly!

You know how those shopping carts can make it anywhere w/in 2 miles from any given Walmart. Like a herd of buffalo you'll find dozens of them from the main mall entrance all the way to the bus stop. But I digress. The food court has several options to choose from. Including Dairy Queen. Taco Bell. Tim Hortons. A&W.... Italian. Chinese. There is also a drug store right there if you want something else. I liked to get the Bumble Bee tuna and crackers for $2.50. Since Hubs wanted to go to the mall EVERY SINGLE DAY, I was trying to same money and ration my calories. Walking the mall is pleasant and although much of what you get in Canada is more expensive than USA, there are a lot of stores with fantastic prices and great sales. I always need another suitcase when I leave Sudbury!

Parking: Humongous lot like withost Canadian tires. The Goods: Well it's Canadian Tire, so Canadian Tire things. Also very clean. Its a auto repair/ tire location too. I like to order online and pick up. The pick up place is all the way around back, looks like a place you shouldn't go but there's a set of rusty stairs that you go up and ring the bell and get you goods. Staff: Nice. They have a lot of staff too. You can always find someone who works there. I

I brought my car in because I knew it had an exhaust leak and needed repair. And I thought I could…read morehear klunking too. The told me I needed the whole flex pipe kit and also my front mount struts changed. I had to call the dealership for for the parts and the prices for the flex pipe and repair would have been over $1000 plus the parts for the mounts and installation. The price keeps going up. I decided to take my car to another garage where they first fixed my flex pipe. They said nothing was wrong with the mounts and they fixed the flex pipe for free. Cost $0. I am a single mom of 4 and spending over $1000 is not I'm my budget on something that didn't need fixing. Crooked!

Vee was very good and a pleasure to speak to. Today, Ashley showed me the three rings and necklace and I was so happy. The items were boxed, except for a couple of rings. Ashley provided boxes for them, bless her. She was very diligent in checking the cost of each item and presenting me with the final charge. I am so delighted with the care and attention, devoted to the wonderful restoration of these very personal and precious pieces.
