I met Michael many years ago when one of his clients fell on the sidewalk a block from the salon. I helped to get her down the street to the salon for assistance and her appointment. It was an easy decision to give him a try when his salon was full of clients at 8 am in the morning and still busy later in the afternoon when I checked on earlier client who had fallen. (Streets in Troy sometimes have unlevel walking paths causing you to fall.)
I became a patron of Espirit after my salon stylist retired and closed up shop. I have had cuts, perms and coloring with fabulous success.
