My generator failed while I was traveling through the area. I told the owner, Jason, that I had my wife and three dogs and no generator, which meant no AC in the 90-degree weather. He told me he was not an expert on Onan generators but would do what he could. I was there in 15 minutes. He immediately started troubleshooting and determined it was a relay. He didn't carry parts for Onan generators and suggested I call the Onan authorized repair shop in Grand Junction. They set up an appointment two days later. Jason took the time out of his work day to help an RVer in need. He would be my garage if I lived in the area.
