I never leave reviews but to be frank, this was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon from the second i walked in. I had to insist to sit next to my friend. It was rushed, overpriced, and they looked terrible. The guy didn't even tell me he was done with my nails. He just motioned me to leave. and didn't do my cuticles or anything that came with the manicure I requested. The nails were bumpy . After 20 mins of communicating that my nails were very bad, I finally got attended to and despite my request, they still shaved off all my nails and then did one coat and called it a day. The lady who redid my nails was a nice to redo them, but that shouldnt happen in the first place. IMy nail already broke less than 24 hours later and there are dents all over my nails. read more

I just wanted a simple French tip and they delivered to a tea. If I lived closer ( I'm just here for a wedding ) this would be my go to place. I've never been into a nail salon as bad as this! They use the same tools on everyone and it's absolutely filthy!!!! The tools are not sanitized nor are they kept in a sanitary area. This is a pretty solid choice as far as finding a nail salon. I have never left displeased with the finished product. When they do a good job, they do a good job! They have a nice scrub and they will massage your feet. So I would give that aspect 4 stars. However, the hiccup is the way they are organized. They definitely overbook themselves. It leaves you waiting a really long time even if you have an appointment. Or they kind of rush you in and out. Because they are so busy and rushed sometimes I question the cleanliness. And it has kind of gotten a little run down. The last few times I have been here, it has taken longer than an hour for a simple pedicure which seems absurd to me. I will most likely be back next time I want to get my nails done. But I am keeping my eyes open for a better place if they can't get a little more organized soon! read more

Overpriced and they cut my skin and were too rough. Went there today and was really disappointed.

To start off, I called ahead and asked for a wait time or what their availability was, the guys asked how far I was and if I could come at that moment, luckily for me, I was making my way down the streets to potential nail salons hoping to get in somewhere and I was 2 mins away and told him I would be there! I got there and a lady came up and got me to the ped chairs right away and got started! I think the only critique I have was that usually with pedicures you soak your feet for a while but with this salon they start off with your pedicure right away, nails dry and all so I was nervous but hey I didn't make an appt and I got in, so I wasn't complaining! Anyways, she was so gentle and she took her time to pat down my cuticles which a lot of nail salons tend to not do. She shaped my nails and clipped away all the dead skin around my nails and soaked my feet for a bit and long story short, my toenails (I didn't get a photo) are super cute now! Now with my nails. Oh my gosh! I love the way she really took care of me by pushing my cuticles down, cleaning my skin around, and cutting it to my desired shape. I don't think she thought I wanted acrylic and was thinking I was there for only a manicure and I told her what I wanted so I felt super bad and was nervous but she really did a nice job and I'm just really happy even though I didn't make an appt and I wanted what I wanted which takes a little longer to do, she was super professional and did such a good job! I wish I got her name but I didn't!!!! Anyways, my first time experience here was very satisfying. I am a mom to two and a third on the way and my hubby wanted me to treat myself so it's been awhile since I got my nails done and I am just so extremely happy it was a good visit. To start, I had to wait 45 min AFTER my appointment time because they overbooked themselves. My nails look great, but are MUCH longer than what I wanted and when I asked for them to be shorter in the very beginning, she rolled her eyes!! I asked again and she didn't even acknowledge me. She was very rough and the nail drill caused me to bleed. I told her it hurt and she rolled her eyes again. I watched her use the same nail clippers and drill etc on me that she used on the person right before me. That is SO unsanitary and could cause extreme infection! When I let the manager know about these things they just ignored me and walked away. Not to mention the price I paid was much higher than what they told me it would be when I called and made the appointment. Not coming back. read more

They offer a variety of services from manicures & pedicures to waxing & tinting services. The only reason I gave them a 4-star is I struggle understanding their broken English. read more

Went in today, showed the lady a picture of what i wanted and explained to her i further detail how i wanted my nails to look. they didn't have someone the stuff they needed to get the look that i wanted and instead left me with the ugliest nails i've ever had in my life. K asked for marble and got sent to a whole new lady for her to do a worse job then the first one. In the midst of chaos, filth, and lack of professionalism, are a few really good nail artists! (Nick is great) Very thorough and actually did exactly what I told them too. However, I had a gift certificate here & won't be coming back on my own dime. You would think after all of their bad reviews, they would at least get chairs that don't have holes in them, and use a Clorox wipe every once in a while! My nail artist also put the equipment he used on my nails back in their case and not in the barbacide (disinfectant). Also, while I was washing my hands, one of the nail artists was pouring the dirty manicure water in the same sink.... Nasty. This place is full of health code violations, and really isn't any cheaper than surrounding salons. If you care at all about cleanliness, take your business elsewhere! read more

I have gone to this salon for years and it was always a good experience, but the last time I went was awful. The day after my pedicure I noticed my left big toe was was a little red, I didn't think to much about it. I started doing epson salt soaks on it to see if it would help. Well over the next 4 days it got worse. To the point where I couldn't wear socks or shoes and was barely able to walk with the pressure on it. I ended up going to my doctor 5 days after my pedicure where they told me it was an infection. I got put on a course of strong antibiotics. I finished the antibiotic with very little change in the way my toe looked. Fast forward to today!! My toes is still extremely infected. I had my second doctors appointment for it today and they had to cut part of my toe to help drain the infection and clean it out! It was absolutely awful and I still can't believe this has happened to me! I hope no one else has this same experience there! read more

I came in to get a full set, told the nail tech Raquel that I wanted clear acrylic. She proceeds to use pink and insists on it. When I politely asked her about it and to see the difference she became very rude and slammed the jar on the table. After telling her to take it easy and to be patient with customer questions especially since thats what i originally asked for she became distant and cold. I went with her pink option and Upon checking out, she decided to add $10 on top of the price with no clear explanation. She insisted that my nails were longer, even though they were not and were the same length that I always get. I thought this was a nice place but I will not be going back. I often see how rude some of the nail techs there are and how they make elderly customers wait longer and is selective (based on age, race, and other factors) on who they decide to offer included services. Stay clear of this place if you want to be treated fairly and respectfully. To their defense, the manager did apologize on her behalf but he still charged me the $10 because she spoke to him before I had the chance to show him. With so many nail salons in town there is no reason to subject yourself to rude and distasteful attitudes, especially when you are a paying customer read more

They used to be my go-to in Provo, but the last four times I've been there it's been progressively worse. Tonight made me vow to never go back for two reasons: 1) the quality of the work and 2) the rudeness of the tech. My nails are cut much too short (no white visible on two of them), unevenly trimmed, and asymmetrically filed. I requested a buff, no polish manicure and the tech literally had no idea what I was talking about. Which is the second problem. He persisted on selling a gel manicure. When I consistently answered that I didn't want a gel manicure, a french gel manicure, or a gel manicure (seriously), he informed me that I was difficult to work with. He tried to get me to leave three separate times (beginning right after he trimmed my cuticles and cut me). DO NOT GO HERE! read more

This was the most torturous pedicure I have ever had in my life. I was torture by the natzi nail tech, causing extreme pain to my feet. I asked to stop, but of course she doesn't speak English. Not to mention the place was filthy dirty. The chair massages where unplugged so you couldn't sit and enjoy a pedi and massage. The chairs were filthy dirt and shavings, the walls have stuff growing from the baseboards up like dirty mold. The white laundry baskets were black and they didn't sterlize their tools in the auto calve. I watched them use my tools on someone else without getting sanitary ones.
