I couldn't have said 5 because I know I'm working at that time. I understand that they possibly misunderstood via phone. However when I went in they redeemed my Groupon sat me down in the massage chair, then when she went to check her appointment book she yelled at me and said my app was for 5. She yelled at me in front of other customers and made me get up. It was very rude and embarrassing.
