I had a series of zoom coaching sessions with Lee, and he was really insightful and helped me start to break down the beliefs that were holding me back. He was also very attentive to the difference in timezone and he made me feel at ease. His knowledge of nutrition, sleep and how the mind works is evident but he delivers it in a nice simple way. I would recommend him to anyone at a crossroads in their life. read more

Essentialise is a workplace wellbeing and coaching company. We are based in Preston, and we deliver wellbeing to organisations through creating strategy, delivering workshops and coaching employees and teams. Our main services are designing wellbeing strategies for SME's that don't currently have one, helping them to measure the effectiveness of any current provision they have, and select the most relevant wellbeing activities. We also assist in launching the programmes, and facilitating employee discussion around participation. We also deliver wellbeing workshops and coaching across a range of organisations, from small businesses to multinational corporates. Founded by award-winning psychologist and entrepreneur Lee Chambers in 2019, they are passionate about inclusive wellbeing that can be measured and evolved so that it works for both businesses and employees.
