The inside is like a detail shop - almost. They have plenty of car detailing items plus air fresheners that most gas bars do not. Highly recommend this place if you're looking to wash your car and get the bang for your buck. I saw this Petro-Canada station approaching. I decided to pull into the station. This place is at a red light camera, so my easing into this station worked out nicely. Gas was at 128.9, which was definitely cheaper than the 131.9 in my neighbourhood. I was thrilled to get a bit of a price break here. I had no problem paying at the pump. I swiped my Petro-Points card, followed by using my 407 ETR savings card, and then paid with a credit card. The odd thing was that I never selected what language I wanted. I ended up with French prompts. Thank goodness I can read French well. All those French courses have come in handy at long last! I wanted to get some paper towel to use as I pumped gas into my tank. The one by the pump had a lot of paper towel that was so packed in that it took me a long time to dislodge some of it. I figured out why. Half of the paper towel was wet. So weird and icky. It was the only damper (pun intended) that I had experienced. This gas station has Neighbours. I didn't go inside to check out the convenience store. This place wasn't all that busy when I had arrived. After I was done filling up, there were more folks needing fuel. The paper towel situation needs some attention.
