So I tried using my 2.5 cent per liter off the app and receive feedback in store that I would not receive the 2.5 cent off per liter and to call 1 800 567 3776. That's lame. I tried to use my 10 gift card on my app, didnt work. So I did call, waited on hold for 6min and got hung up. Unfortunately after calling in the second time, Esso was not able to provide any resolution to the non issuance of 2.5 cent per liter; saying that since they already provided a resolution on a matter 3 months ago on another issues transaction. This was after having a conversation with Ladida. This is frustrating because I receive the marketing emails but I just cannot understand if you think something is wrong with my card why continue sending me spam. I hope this location improves with compatibility with the app. Unfortunately had to rate 2 star because this location nevertheless is acting as an agent to Esso. Sorry!
