Dr Kronberg is pleasant and seems like she knows what she is talking about. Most of the times I've had positive experiences here, although one time in January of 2018, her assistant did go off on me for asking too many medical questions and being 12 minutes late. I ran late because of a work issue, but it is not like I am late every time. The time before that, I was at Dr Kronberg's office I had to wait 30 minutes before she was able to see me. Have been a patient 8-10 years, a friend referred her to me and I have referred her to numerous friends and family. Being of the vain venue I value this doctor's opinion on what is best for my face (since it is the only one I've got), she does not push procedures or products on me. I do like their products, especially the anti-bacterial soaps and sunscreens. I have done my research prior to asking for fillers and am able to discuss options, am pleased with the education and skill that I receive from Dr. Kronberg, and her staff. In the past with other dermatologist I have had very scary experiences, due to a lack of experience on the Dermatologist behalf. After hearing great things from various people for a while now (mainly by word of mouth - I am always wary of those who over-advertise their practices/med-spas), I finally decided to go see Dr. Kronberg. I just had my first appointment with her, and I can see why so many people sing her praises. I am very surprised she does not have a 5-star rating and was a little shocked at some of the rude reviews on here - I am so glad I chose to ignore them. I guess everyone's experience is different, but with me, she was incredibly personable, highly attentive, and listened to my very specific concerns. Other derms have given me very canned responses and suggestions and rushed me out the door. She took her time with me, and at no point did I feel rushed or like I needed to shut up during my rambles. I feel like I may FINALLY see some improvements with Dr. Kronberg. She also did not try and sell me on any products/procedures. Just a fantastic dermatologist, business woman, and human being all around. Oh, and the ladies at the front desk were all very friendly, as well... Plus I only waited a few minutes to be seen. Such a great visit, I almost didn't want to leave LOL. My only regret is not getting to her sooner/wasting my money on others. As others mentioned, she doesn't accept insurance, but I am willing to pay anything for the quality of care and expertise provided by Dr. Kronberg. Worth every penny. read more

Dr Kronberg and her staff are wonderful. I have been looking for a dermatologist( for about 2 years) who could help my daughter with her acne. After some research on the internet, I decided to make an appt. for my daughter with Dr Kronberg. She was able to figure out pretty quickly how to help her. Through some laser therapy, my daughter has been acne free for the first time in 2 years. Dr Kronberg has an excellent and calm demeanor about her. She is patient, understanding, and really knows what she is talking about. I have started to go see her as well and have been thrilled with my results for treating wrinkles. She treats every question you ask with thoughtfulness, and respect. We leave the office feeling as if we have been well taken care of. I wish all doctors and their staff were this way. I went to Dr. Kronberg to have laser on my face because of dark pigmentation. I had six treatments and the blotches never faded. She told me that the pigmentation went too deep. So I basically wasted around two grand. Super annoying. I didn't really like her demeanor but that's really beside the point. read more

The wait is long on two occasions I went, last time I waited 45 minutes, staff is very friendly/professional tho, and dr Esta does a good job listening/explaining, but the procedure I did was over priced. I paid much less for a photo facial treatment at medispa or skin101Houston for the same thing also done by a board certificated dermatologist. Also, it's a 130 for a new patient fee. It's a bit steep when many other dermatology like Nigro derm don't charge a new patient fee like as if this is a gym membership. Even though I had 5 times laser treatment, nothing happens. I realize I just wast my money, it was like I threw away. She asked me to do 6th laser treatment but I know I better stop at 5th. I've been seeing Dr. K for about 20 years. She and her staff are very friendly and welcoming, and she's an excellent technician! It's a long drive for us because we live in Kingwood, but well worth it! I've recommended her to at least half a dozen of my friends, and anyone who's tried her has loved her! She listens to your needs, and spends a lot of time with you. I went to her for my acne problems and also had some moles removed. She also has some products that she sales which I think is part of her company. I love the antiseptic face wash, it has really helped my acne. Went to an early appt, got there early door was closed. We sat outside and waited, not even two mnts we heard the door open. We entered and Dr. Kronberg was there joking how she always beat her staff there, I smiled and told her it was a sign of a good boss. She was as inviting as ever. I took my grown son there for severe eczema. I could tell she was one of those professionals that loves what she does. She was excited and told me she loved cases like my sons because it gives her an opportunity to teach us and help him get better. It was our first time to the dermatologist, it was that bad. She was very approachable, she spoke directly to my son and asked him if he had any questions. If anything she says, he is going to start feeling a heck of a lot better from now on and I was truly thankful to her for saying that. Gave him a shot of steroids and let us know of some over the counter stuff that he could take as well. Also gave him a lotion that he can put that we got at the pharmacy downstairs. It was pricey, but it seems to be working for him. He also got a free follow up and parking paid, so all and all it wasn't that bad. I am actually writing this review because I was very upset reading a negative review about Dr. Kronberg that I KNOW is completely uncharacteristic of her. I honestly never write reviews because I am too busy, too tired and a bit of lazy to spend time writing one. However, I realized because I myself use these reviews to make my decisions, then I need to be more responsible and help others. I have been a patient of Dr. Kronberg for about ten years. The procedure I have done is Sclerotherapy. It is a tedious job and not a very lucrative service considering once Dr. Kronberg injects those veins, they are gone for good. I unfortunately and consistently make theses small, wispy, red veins that thankfully only require a visit once every few years. I have had this problem since the age of 12. So through the years, I have visited other doctors to do this procedure before I heard about Dr. Kronberg. I was so disappointed as each doctor including a plastic surgeon would take about 10 minutes and my money and I got only a small reduction if ANY to my problem veins. At that rate, it would cost me a small fortune and a heck of a lot of time! A friend of mine told me about Dr. Kronberg so I did research and found out she was voted "Top Dermatologist" in the country and "Top Doc" in Sclerotherapy and asked to do many interviews on TV for her professional advice. With all the hoopla associated with Dr. Kronberg's notoriety, I was worried she might be a bit snobbish or arrogant. However, she was the absolute opposite!! She is the kindest, gentlest doctor I have ever had. She really cares about you as a person and is passionate about her work. She spends a minimum of 30 minutes per session with me with about 150-200 injections. That's why I don't ever have to come back until new ones form. I once had a panic attack when I first started Sclerotherapy with her and she was so kind and asked if I would like to take a 15 minute break. Well people, time is money, but she was more concerned with me and my comfort. She has given me free advice and a wealth of knowledge concerning suspicious moles and what to tell my other doctor that I have to use because Dr. Kronberg doesn't accept insurance. That would be my only complaint about her because if she did accept insurance, she would be my forever and only dermatologist! read more
