I received a phone call from my 14 year old stating they needed money because they were being "held" there until they paid 350 Euros. Long story short, they hotel manager escorted me to the hair salon and "negotiated" with the salon until the police came. Yes, the police had to come to settle the dispute. It was a long drawn out ordeal, my girls didn't get to eat during the whole time there (close to 6 hours). Their hair did look good but it wasn't they way they were expecting it to come out and one of my daughters stated they ended up getting hair dye in her eye. There are plenty of choices in Naples to have your hair professionally "done", just don't choose Enif.
