I booked myself in for a much-needed deluxe facial after reading the description on She's So Fine Esthetics' website. This cute little spa, which is tucked away in a building at the corner of Lasalle and Barrydowne, was clean and cozy and offers plenty of unique services. Marie-Daniele, my esthetician, was pleasant and professional throughout the visit, explaining exactly what my service would entail. She certainly has her technique down pat - I had a hard time getting up after 90 minutes of bliss! I would not hesitate to return to She's So Fine Esthetics and I definitely recommend giving them a try if you've not already done so. I called and made and appointment for acrylic nails , I got there and again told them acrylic. they did my nails and after wards I see the menu at the desk with acrylic crossed off. I asked why it was crossed off when that is what I got , they told me that they don't do acrylic . This was after my nails were already done with a more expensive gel that they used without my knowledge. Businesses can not give a higher priced product without consent. I asked for the price to be of the acrylic because they did this without asking , the owner of the salon claims she told me on the phone that they do not do acrylic, she did not. She loudly said in the salon that she wasn't going to argue with me in front of a fully packed place, she only took $15 off when it was $20 she was suppose to. There is a sign on the salon window that sales acrylic nails. They talk about you in their language and make fun of you as well. They also tried giving my 9 year old niece a more expensive pedicure when she was getting a princess pedicure, luckily my mom stopped them . They over pack it there to the event that their customer service is horrible along with oh the service of the product because they're rushing. I'm never going there again and highly don't recommend this place.

One is separating from the nail bed, so it catches on my clothes, one has bubbles and another you can see the line where the acrylic was affixed to the nail. I suspected the result was not going to be good as the technician was very distracted running the shop and had to get up multiple times to manage issues. Paid over $200 for the two of us, but I'll never go back to this shop.
