Nothing she assured me came out right. We received the tag 3 days later than promised. We were given no breakdown of charges and no receipt. The only area where the fees were listed (on the certificate of title) were blocked out by "Auto Tag & Title" stamps. They reported to charge a $59 fee for processing, but instead charged us over $200. That brought the grand total to over $600! Even one week later they refuse to give us a cost breakdown or even a receipt.
