I asked to have it refunded back to me and of course it was not done. They constantly put you on hold for up to 30mins. If you try to explain to the Rep what is needed she talks over you. The Rep also cuts you off when you are trying to speak. The rep will also state that she will call back and she never does. I have had to wait up to 2 hours for her to call back and then I end up having to call them again. I have also asked to speak with the manager it never happens. Beware and stay away as they do not do what they tell you they will do for you. I had to contact my bank to get the charge disputed. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

Elianne Ramos was able to get me a quote on the same day where as many had me wait at least a day or two, she found all the information she needed for my home and by the time I called her she proceeded to place the insurance on it quickly for me. My transaction was a very easy process for me and I highly recommend her for ALL of your insurance needs. English, or Spanish, she is the agent to turn too. To be honest, I never thought to contact her company but when I asked for a quote of one Yelp asked if I'd like a quote from several and figured "Why not", less people for me to ask the same question of. While ALL sent the same automated response, Elianne followed through with texts, calls and I emailed whatever couldn't be texted for her to do what she needed.
