Not a bad hotel. This is probably one of the more modern hotels in Sorocaba. It's located right next to a shopping mall and 2 supermarkets (Extra on one side and a Carrefour on the other side). The hotel staff is friendly and the rooms are pretty big. They also do have smoking rooms. Parking is free and there is on site parking as well as valet. The staff speak english so you can communicate with them. There is a small gym and a swimming pool. There is a free breakfast is served in the morning. Breakfast is average at best..
The only problem is the internet. You need to enter in a password each time you want to get access to internet and you're only allowed 2 passwords per person. So you can only connect to 2 devices. Also, the internet does not always work and is can be really slow. The internet is set up so everyone connects to the same system. It's not done by floors so if the hotel is packed, good luck trying to get online. read more
