I appreciated how she asked questions about why I was there and listened to my concerns. She answered in a way that was easy for me to understand. She was also very compassionate and made me feel at ease throughout the entire appointment. I left feeling confident that I had received exceptional care from a truly skilled and caring doctor.

When I was 38 weeks I told him I didn't feel right and I was super swollen and fatigued among other things and he just discedited me and told me it was "normal" pregnancy things... Well his negligence caused my baby girl to be still born a week later... He didn't even make it to deliver her, said I "went too fast". What?! I was in labor for 8 hours... I just think he didn't care to come deliver a baby that had passed in the womb at midnight like because she was gone she didn't need any effort from him. Oh and I ended up hemorrhaging and getting a fever of 102.9 right after delivery so I was put on antibiotics and admitted for 3 days... Guy finally shows his face 9 hours later only to glance at my angel and tell me not to forget to bind my breasts and schedule a 6 week check up... Uhm heck not! He has zero compassion. I never went back to him and instead went back to my OB I had with my first which I should have just went to in the first place and I beat myself up every day wishing I would have just not cared about the distance and went to him because he would have been there that night and checked on me every day until I was released and he would have told me he was at least sorry for my loss and asked me how I was etc... He is actually a compassionate doctor. NOT ELIAS GENNAOUI.

The office staff is great; always answers the phone, never puts you on hold for endless amounts of time (like other offices), are prompt, and just really sweet. There also isn't a long wait to get an appointment; the first time I called to see him, they scheduled my appointment for three days later. I've never waited over five minutes past my appointment time and I've never just been left sitting in a patient room waiting for the doctor for more than five minutes either. Dr. Gennaoui is a genuinely caring person; he's always open to any questions you may have, takes his time, and keeps you informed. Anytime I've had him paged after hours, he has called back within ten-fifteen minutes, which is great, especially for a first-time mom! I work for Oakwood and all of my co-workers that know him/are his patients love him too. I highly recommend him to all of my friends...and to you!

My husband and I showed up for an appointment 30 minutes early due to my pregnancy brain reading 12:00 and not 12:30 in which I mentioned in passing I thought my slip read 12:00 before we sat to wait (mind you this is literally not a big deal at all) and the woman at the front desk took it upon herself to dig my slip up from my last appointment after about 5 minutes of us seated and patiently waiting, she called me up and passive aggressively told me that she knew she wrote the right time last visit and that I definitely got it wrong. Completely unprofessional and made for an uncalled for awkward interaction for me in a place that should be doing the utmost to make each woman feel safe and seen.

Dr. Thomas Meyer, my doctor for decades, began this practice, hiring excellent doctors. He also added a Mammogram facility which makes it easier to have both exams combined on the same day, and saves much time. This facility uses the latest technology for their patients, which has helped me as a patient. I really like my new Doctor Kaltek, as she is also very knowledgeable, caring and friendly, just like Dr. Thomas Meyer. It's always a great experience. May God bless Dr. Meyer in his new ministry!
