These people went above and beyond the call. I received compassion and care after losing my little Nicholas. They didn't pressure me to spend more than I was willing to and provided such a beautiful urn and memorial website. My Nicholas died on a Saturday and I couldn't find a place to take him until I found these people. They do charge extra for after hours or to come pick your pet up, but give you the option of dropping your pet off during regular business hours on Sunday. They are very reasonably priced as well. a woman from this company left a message asking I return her call about confirming the spelling of my dogs name and to go over other details about the cremation of my dog. I call the number-they answer the phone "hello" - what business answers the phone hello. immediately I'm questioning my decision to use this company. during the call, it was explained that my dogs ashes would come in a shadow box-I TOLD the woman I didn't want any of that-I just wanted my dogs ashes, a paw print and lock of hair. fast forward-4 days later I get a call from a man saying he had my dogs ashes and could drop them off in 25 minutes and to call back. TWENTY FIVE MINUTES!? No call prior to give me any timeline for delivery. I call back-the call is again is answered "HELLO"- how upsetting- to call a place you assume are caring for your pets cremation and them not understanding how the lax way of not identifying yourself when a customer calls is unsettling. if a family member died, no funeral home or crematory would ever be so lax as to answer the phone hello. When my dogs ashes were delivered-I got her ashes, a lock of hair. additionally I received her paw print that was painted metallic gold and then glued to a cheap black frame. Losing a beloved pet is never easy. Thankfully my vet is very caring and kind and uses Eternity Pet Memorial and they are just as kind and caring. I have had many pets cross the Rainbow Bridge and I must say that when my Barnaby's ashes were returned to me I was overwhelmed. They were in a beautiful deep frame with the photo I chose as well as a beautiful paw print painted gold with a lovely quote beneath it and a lock of his hair in a small bag on the back. The poem included in the envelope brought me to tears, but they were comforting tears. In early December my 18-year old cat passed away. He lived a wonderful, full life but it was still really hard for my family and I to say goodbye to him. Eternity Pet Memorial came directly to our house to pick up Newton's body during which time they treated him with the greatest amount of respect. They were very thorough in offering details about what we should expect from them. We gave them a framed picture of Newton which they used on the outside of the urn. (Very nice) I was in the hospital for awhile after Newton passed over the Rainbow Bridge and was not able to pick up the urn. They surprised me today by bringing the urn to our house.
