The beautiful poem that brought me to tears.
    Laura S.

Losing a beloved pet is never easy. Thankfully my vet is very caring and kind and uses Eternity Pet Memorial and they are just as kind and caring. I have had many pets cross the Rainbow Bridge and I must say that when my Barnaby's ashes were returned to me I was overwhelmed. They were in a beautiful deep frame with the photo I chose as well as a beautiful paw print painted gold with a lovely quote beneath it and a lock of his hair in a small bag on the back. The poem included in the envelope brought me to tears, but they were comforting tears. I have had to go through this many times in my life and I have to say this is the most beautiful presentation I've seen. It brought comfort to me during a time of sadness.

In early December my 18-year old cat passed away. He lived a wonderful, full life but it was still really hard for my family and I to say goodbye to him. I had been considering cremation for some time so that we would always be able to have a piece of him with us. My situation was unique as my cat had been living with my dad in Pennsylvania and I live in South Carolina. My dad's vet recommended Eternity Pet and they were absolutely amazing during this difficult time. Trista handled all of our arrangements including having individual memorials arranged for my dad and myself. She took the time to add personal touches that mean so much to us and make the memorials even more special. I received my memorial yesterday and it was packaged with extra care to assure it didn't get damaged in the mail. Eternity Pet was so respectful and genuine about our loss and handled every step of the memorial process with care and love. My family and I can't thank them enough for helping us during this sad time.

Jason at Pittsburgh Pet Cremation gave us indispensable and caring aid at a very difficult time. My…read moredearest cat, Prue, had health issues for awhile (she was elderly, 17 years old), but she went hopelessly downhill very quickly. I had made a home euthanasia appointment with aftercare provisions, but she passed on her own beforehand. Not peacefully--it seemed excruciating to her, and was quite traumatizing to to witness. We live in a rented space (no great burial options), didn't know what to do with her poor, frail remains since the mobile-euthanasia vet wasn't coming, plus I was too hysterical for phone calls, so my husband asked our vet for a recommendation. One crematorium charged a $400.00 fee just to pick up. The other couldn't pick up that day, but recommended Jason, who I had messaged in the meantime from an internet search and realized was the same service. Jason came to retrieve her within a couple of hours, and was very respectful and kind. He returned the cremains in person a few days later (I told him there was no hurry, I think you can request a faster turnaround) and I had ordered the paw print, we also got a lock of hair (she was a gorgeous, feathery tuxie, black and white, we got some of each. Maybe I can get her cloned!). It was all simply, but nicely packaged, with a pretty tin for her ashes. It's been two weeks, but I am still touching the tiny paw-print, and petting the fur, and crying. I am probably a lunatic one-cat-cat-lady, but Prue was my ancient-baby, I loved her enormously. I don't know what I would have done without someone like Jason, and would most certainly recommend him! He eased a major burden in a troubled time. Thank you Jason!
