STAY AWAY!!! Such a disappointing experience with this gym. My daughter, who attended college…read morethere, went in person to cancel her membership and was told by a representative that it had been taken care of. Later, we discovered the membership was never canceled, and they continued charging the card on file. They claim they can see where my daughter was in the facility at the time she tried to cancel, yet the membership was never closed. The gym also has very limited staffed hours, making it difficult to resolve issues. Now that my daughter has moved to Starkville, they are insisting she return in person--again--to cancel the membership. Very poor customer service and an unfair process.

It's been since early July 2016 due to my severe leg injury that I am just now able to really commit to a program without lots of pain.
