My flatmate and I rented through Ethos for over 2.5 years, and I can honestly say it was the best experience I've ever had with a letting agency. Jack from Ethos kindly arranged a viewing for us after our online enquiry. He couldn't have been more helpful and shared lots of useful information about the local area and amenities. Whenever we had any issues after moving in, they were easy to report through Ethos's online portal, Fixflo. The system was straightforward to use, communication was excellent, and contractors were arranged very quickly whenever maintenance issues arose. Overall, I had an excellent experience living in an Ethos-managed property and would highly recommend them.
