The first experience with Stacey is when he very first started his vape business. I remeber him and another person sitting out in front of Casey's kind of by the street on Webb road in Grand Island. He has always been an honest person and always gave his opinions on what the best product he had was. I have got several juices from them and it had always had great flavor. I will be making a trip to grand island in the next few months to get a new vape and more juice. They have always had great customer service and are a fun bunch of people to be around and help you choose the best products you are looking for. Stopped here 8/27/23 didn't get the guys name ... was looking for evobars they didn't carry them but the had the bc5000 and I also notice they are still selling the "elfbar" which is illegal to sell the name brand elfbar (which is now called bc5000 and legal to sell) the guy tried to give me the elfbar version of the flavor I wanted I said no I want the bc5000 he argued for a bit I tried to explain that the brand name "elfbar is illegal to sell and they are old... he didn't care but finally gave me what I wanted I picked 3 other flavors after that and sadly I didn't watch his every move cause after I paid left drove about 100 miles I opened the bag and sure as shit he switched the vapes and put in an expired elfbar... too far to turn around... check your stuff before u leave this place they will cheat you ... read more

I'm a scitzophrenic, either by birth, or the women my dad married that treated me like Cinderella. Anyhue it's hard for me to go around people I'm afraid they'll trigger past hurt with mean mugs or simply make me catch a felony. After etitans was here about a year a neighbor talked me into going "in". A new place. Would staff be snobby and judgemental like growing up with dads wives. The staff are normal people. They are like 1% of earth's population and they work in Grand Island. I've never felt so accepted and waited on like I'd pulled up in a Beamer with a 600 dollar bra on. Plus clothes on. Yet we walked there. In thriftshop hand me downs. Ordinary natural hair. No makeup. No fine jewelry. But they treated me like royalty. Only other place I've ever gotten that special treatment was Mexico. I definitely promote this store. 100%. i started vaping with e-titan. the key selling point for me was the 2 year guarantee on their batteries. on may 1, 2014 i bought the m6 from them. within 4 months the battery went belly up and quit working. when i took it back to Amanda, she proceeded to tell me that they sell a bunch of these batteries... like that is supposed to mean none of them ever can go bad and then hits me with a "30 day guarantee" on their product. when i called the company, the guy who answered the phone and claimed to be the owner, yelled at me, cussed at me, and tried to make me feel stupid because "nobody gives a 2 year guarantee on anything". they may have a decent product, but others with more scruples and better customer relations have just as good or better product. i would rather someone tell me you buy as is and give me genuine reviews, rather than tell me a lie to get what they want and then try to make me look stupid for believing it. They're too high on their mods/tanks and always high on juice but when you need some on the road they're not to bad. 2yrs ago got my husband an e-leaf mod with a tank setup, guy told us they E-Titans has an exclusive deal for $150, spent over 200 only to find out a few days later that I could have gotten 3 setups for the same price I made for the one. Also their price of juice is crazy I normally get a 120 for $20 high quality juice too, here you pay $50 . But if you're out on the road and in need there not to bad to get you through till you can get home. read more

I visited e-titan for 10 mins and walked out disappointed. Their juice and equipment is overpriced, their customer service is like walking into a hurricane bad. Attitudes are poor and they treat people like crap. They lead you in the wrong direction on how to quit smoking on top of poorly mixed juices.
