Update: not only did he post all my private info - but he also is now harassing me calling my work number and leaving messages calling me names. Bc I didn't feel comfortable going to his car for the repair after I misread his original message... Asked him to come inside a secure public building with a security guard and mocked me by saying he doesn't feel safe in the secure public building. After rudely responding he said he would meet me in the lobby. When I said no, he responded with the following... I think I made the right choice. I recommend you but it in your bio or maybe don't talk to you customers that way because they're worried for their safety...

After getting my screen replaced, I basically just need to get a new phone now. My battery is beyond messed up, the screen malfunctions multiple times a day, and now my phone gets super hot when in consistent use or charging. I also didn't read the bad reviews for this guy but if I did, I would've gone somewhere else because the way he's talked to customers is actually wild and rude af. Back story: I needed the screen on my refurbished iPhone 12 pro replaced because I messed it up when trying to fix it myself. I was able to meet with him pretty soon and he came out to me. Over Yelp he said it would be $69 for a new screen but in person said it would be $75 if I pay with Zelle. I asked him what kind of screen it was, he said LCD which he said people don't have issues with but I could pay extra for an OLED screen if I didn't like it. I would just have to make sure the LCD screen he installed wasn't damaged so he could take it back and charge me the difference the next time. When we were messaging, he didn't give me these options or tell me there was an up charge to pay with Zelle, which could've easily been shared before I decided to meet with him. He said my battery was already degraded so I feel like he shouldn't have told me the LCD screen would be fine since he said it drains the battery quicker. If he had told me right off the bat that he recommends the OLED screen, I would've considered it to save myself from having to get an entirely new phone, but he doesn't really seem to care what happens to you after you pay him and part ways. Service was done in a few minutes, I paid, and left. Immediately I noticed a huge difference in the quality of the screen graphics and how bright screen could actually get. In the next couple of days, I also noticed how the screen wouldn't respond or it would just malfunction and click the wrong thing. When I messaged him about this issue, he had nothing helpful to say because he doesn't care lol. His attitude at the beginning of our interaction seemed chill and friendly but when I had issues he turned cold. I recommend doing more research than I did and finding somebody who's actually willing to provide adequate customer service and talk you through what options are best for you.

Hello, I would not recommend this business. I went to him to fix the LCD in my screen, and he made my phone worse. The phone started flickering and going blank. This was not happening before I got it fixed. The next day after my phone was fixed, I texted him about the problem. He stated to reset phone, I did, and the problem only went away temporarily. I texted him again, and by this time was upset because I needed my phone for work, and it was in worse condition after he "fixed it" We met again to fix it, and this guy didn't even bring the right screen for my phone, and then said I dropped my phone after he "fixed" it the first time because he didn't want to be blamed for messing up my phone. I knew it was the LCD, but he said he was a sensor in my phone LOL. So basically he never fixed my phone and proceeded to curse me out.(Messages attached). Btw, I went the very next day to fix the mess Etron created on my phone to another repair store, and guess what the guy said it was my LCD. The other iPhone repair service fixed it RIGHT, and I have not any issues with my phone since. Also, he doesn't tell you when booking, but there is additional fee he charges if you don't pay in cash. Please do not go to this guy, as the service was unsatisfactory, RACIST, and he was rude. Literally messed up my phone completely, and refused to take accountability. I think this service is incredible. Etron had the best price quote for an OLED cell phone screen replacement. He even comes to your preferred address and does the replacement in his vehicle saving you time and money. It was super convenient. I walked away a happy customer. However, though the service was amazing and I was happy with my newly fixed screen, my receiver was damaged in the process. Now whenever I receive phone or make calls have no audio. The media speaker works fine. Like walking in to get lasik surgery and walking out with 20/20 vision... but now without vocal chords. I messaged Etron about the issue and no attempts to rectify the situation were made. Our last correspondence was 1/26/25. It is now 2/6/25.

Very trustworthy business. Quick response. He offers the best price and mobile service that saves to lots to time !

wow! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! I am astounded, I am and I'm going to tell you why... I bought an iPad that was described as having a small crack in the corner and the picture (I'm including it) which accompanied the listing looked like it was not even on the screen. Guess what? I received an iPad that had a screen that was shattered in the corner and all the way up the bottom half of the screen and as a bonus a huge crack in the middle of the screen almost the entire width! (picture included). Then I began the desperate search for some kind of miracle fix because I wanted to keep the iPad as it is 100% functional but I kept getting glass in my fingers and that just wouldn't do I actually found the miracle fix I was looking for, the first sign of magic was in the quote I received, it was much lower than the others and very reasonable.Next, the miracle worker going by the name of Shawn drove to my place and listen to what he did, he transformed my iPad into a beautiful new looking device, and he did it in under an hour, and in his car! his car! This guy knows what he's doing!! If I could give him 10 stars, I'd give him all the stars. Broke my phone screen in Palm Springs and the guy who fixed it out there did a shit job and messed it up even more. Went to another place more local but that guy only replaced my screen and failed to fix the first guy's mistakes. Shawn was able to not only replace my screen but identify and diagnose all the mistakes that were made by his predecessors. He drives to you, is very experienced and friendly, offers beyond reasonable pricing for his services, and works super fast - it took him less than 20 minutes to fix my phone. I recommend that you allow him to do this, as he then sees your computer in real time while you watch him 'arrow' around, repairing the problem or showing you how to do what you had been trying. In fact, I called him today, allowed him to log in, and, in a few minutes, we fixed it at no charge. You will be extremely satisfied with Guy's expert and professional work. A very satisfied and customer, thrilled to have finally found THE COMPUTER GUY!! I recommend him extremely highly.
