How can the smoke shop know that you didn't break it? Especially if it was dirty... and you're going to say you purchased a dirty item? Even though they don't accept returns you believe they did? And then that they decided to sell it? Without looking at it even though they looked at yours, as you stated. Sad these people trying to run an honest business have to face horrible customers. It's a flea market, yes. That doesn't mean bargain for free things and act like a child on the internet when you can't smash your toys and then return them for your money back once you're done playing on vacation. I love picking up things from this smoke shop! The owners are a very nice older couple that put their heart and hard work into their business. Peggy and Rich have been able to help me a lot with my pain management by educating me on CBD. I have my medical card but still purchase CBD from them because they have the tinctures and creams that work the best! Not to mention they have the CBD dry herb you can roll a spliff with! Or you can pick up one of the pre-rolled cones for 400mg of CBD! They have all of the papers for their products so you know there is NO THC! It was defective and did not work. We returned it to the shop and the employees kept pointing to the sign that says no returns. One of the owners shined a light inside it to show it was dirty and used. They accused us of using it and returning it, they stated they sold it to us in a sealed box. We never had the chance to use it because it never worked. I explained that this seems like a defective one that was previously returned and accidentally put back into inventory. The owner was incredibly rude and stated she would not replace it. She called her husband at home (he's the main owner) and he stated absolutely not, he won't replace. I asked her to please call him again and reconsider and she yelled at me that he's sick and to get out of her store. This shop is inside the Daytona Flea Market and the entire flea market has a policy that ALL shops must replace defective products 30 days from purchase. The owners and employees of the shop think their policies trump the flea markets policies. The GM of the flea market had to FORCE the shop to issue a refund to us. Save yourself the headache and purchase from one of the other shops there. This shop will take your money, sell you a non working product and then yell at you when you politely ask that they make it right. Shame on you.
