I can only speak for the ramen but I was pretty happy with the ramen. They have a wide selection with some flavors I've never seen. I tried a special ramen which was yuzu flavored and the yuzu oil or flavoring was a really nice, tangy addition but I wish there were more of it because it seemed like it was only in one spot and then the rest of the bowl just tasted like the original tonkotsu ramen. Wish I could give this place a better review. There is lot to unpack when you walk in...it's an open kitchen setup but it's very messy and looks dirty. I ordered the miso soup and classic karaage chicken. The soup was okay but really had no depth of flavor except for salt. Just moved up here from Houston and finally found a good Ramen place to satisfy our cravings. I like this spot because it offers a variety of options. We have been here a few times since everything has reopened, and they are doing a good job with the re-opening. The Gyoza both fried and steamed are delish. The sushi rolls are also very good, especially to not be a full on sushi restaurant. Finally, the Ramen had great flavor, rich and creamy and very filling and good portion size for both myself and my boyfriend. The only thing I was not so impressed with was the meat in it both times. A tad dry/flavorless. The staff is very friendly and service is quick. They do have a soda machine you can now use. Seating is spread out well. This is the perfect food for this cold weather. You can smell it from the outside, and from there, I could say it would be good. Once inside, you must order from the kiosk, which, in my case can always be a challenge as I'm gluten and dairy free. I decided to go with the gluten free ramen and added chashu and salmon, cause why not?! The broth was flavorful, very subtle taste. The chashu was good and sliced thin, just how I like it. Summary: excellent ramen, so-so sushi rolls. I love their original restaurant down at the Y, so we tried the ramen place that they recently built up north in Cedar Park. Both my wife and I got the tonkotsu ramen for $11. It's excellent, with a rich creamy broth, albeit not too salty, which is often my issue with other ramen places. My mistake: order the rainbow roll which didn't look anything like the picture that shows bright salmon with lots of avocado. Even the rice wasn't quite right. Have enjoyed the ramen, and various poke bowls (Ahi & Hamachi). Depending on how much dressing you prefer on your Poke bowl I would recommend asking them to put it on the side. The broth for their black tonkotsu ramen was very tasty and they give you enough chashu so I was so full. My husband ordered Tan Tan Ramen which is their version of tan tan men. He said it did the job. We wanted ramen because it was raining and didn't wanna drive all the way to Ramen Tatsu-ya. For what it is and for how close it is to us in Leander, I love that we have this option that's far more convenient! We also had their shrimp tempura sushi with eel sauce, was freshly made and delish! The place was clean and well kept. The idea of a ramen place in Cedar Park was exciting to me, it's a good niche that hasn't been filled in the area. Eurasia is a pretty good attempt but I was let down in my experience. Good: They have a cute location with some pretty creative recycled wood seating. Ambience is nice and casual, service was quick thanks to counter ordering. Everyone was friendly. The sushi was really good! I tried their Shaggy roll and it was delicious. The sushi punches above its weight here. The let down was with the basic ramen, which had underwhelming chashu (pork belly). It tasted off and had an odd texture, like it had been reheated too generously. This is usually the highlight of ramen so messing this aspect up really knocked it. The broth also was lacking flavor, so I found it difficult to finish my bowl. So it was a hit or miss experience for me at Eurasia. Eurasia doesn't have ramen. It's the last place you'd think would have ramen considering that Eurasia is technically all the limbo zone countries ending with -stan along with Turkey. Yes, Eurasia is synonymous with the Middle East. Parking is not an issue here. It's located in a shopping center, so it should never not have parking spots. The best time to come is two in the afternoon. There was no one except for some kids when I went during that time. I couldn't take seeing Eurasia Ramen on my Yelp home page any more without trying them. Found it easily in the 1890's Ranch, close to the Cinemark. Lucky enough to find a parking space in that area. Walking in, to the right is the line to order with pictures of all the food on the wall, helpful. My eyes strayed to the left and was fascinated by the furniture. It looked all made from fiberboard without the splitters, very cool. Head to the counter and ordered a Reaper Ramen and an iced tea. Note, water is available in bottle only. I pay and go find myself a table. Alright, it was empty and I could choose any of the tables. Once seated I checked in and realized, I can get a free Edamane. Walked back to the counter and asked about it, no hassles, it was added to my order. The edamame comes out in a flash. Fresh, just enough salt. I finished off half the bowl by the time my ramen shows up. My first slurp of soup and it was burning my tongue. A quick double check of the description and it said Spiced miso-pork broth. Okay, so I wasn't expecting it to be that spicy but I dug in for more. After the initial burn, you could taste the rich creamy broth. The noodles were perfectly cooked. The shrimp tempura still had a crispness to it. Finally had to bite into my favorite part, the ajitama. So enjoyable, I should have ordered more. Yesterday I went to this establishment with a guest. We ordered the California Poke and the Spicy chicken ramen. The Spicy chicken ramen was on the salty side but had good flavor. The dish wasn't bad but the heavy salt in the dish caused it to be given a lower rating. The California Poke bowl was a California role deconstructed. While this dish wasn't bad, it is the same caliber of the California role that can be found at H.E.B. The service at the location (from the cashier to the person who delivered our food) was good. The roll was fantastic! This was my husband's first time having ramen, and he really enjoyed it! He had the Miso classic and I had the Beef Classic. They were both very hearty and delicious. I really enjoyed my broth and all the items in my bowl even the seaweed, which I was avoiding at first. The miso broth was really good too, a lot lighter than my beef broth. The pork in the miso ramen was tender and the beef in the beef ramen was perfect and I didn't get any unwanted chewy bites. The atmosphere is very open, comfortable and friendly.
