    Stay away from this place! Bay had a torn high pressure hose that had been poorly patched up. I didn't realize until the green presoak liquid was all over my pants. Once I switched to high pressure soap there was soapy water shooting out from the patched area with very little nozzle pressure. Bay should have been closed by management. Good luck finding a phone number for a refund. I wish that I had read the reviews here before I stopped by.

    Don't come here. Picture should be evidence enough. Not sure who to even contact to get this fixed because there is no body on-site.

    I recently moved to a place off S. Lamar and was excited to see that a do-it-yourself car wash was around the corner. I wanted to vacuum my car out before traveling for the holidays. I can't speak to the car wash itself but the vacuum stations were not up to par. I got just enough change to vacuum and the vacuum hose was broken and wide open at the base. I realized this once it turned on and saw hardly any debris/pet hair removal. I got about 10% of the dog hair out of my car with hardly any suction. Move on past this location but if you don't be sure to inspect the machine first before inserting your money.

    Screen indicates $10 cash has been inserted and the three wash options only continue to blink without any action.

    Car wash ate my money. Do not recommend this location. Business location needs maintenance.

    DO NOT GO HERE! The automatic car washes are worthless, and the self service products are unacceptable at best.

    Agreed regarding all the other 1 star reviews. To complain: Google the ownership. McCauley Enterprises, something like that.

    Paid for a car wash and the machine just dumped soap on my car then stopped working. I could not find a contact number.

    DARK at night, I didn't even wanted to stay. Shady and not a good experience before. Avoid at all costs.

    Rafael, I have made…read moreseveral good-faith attempts to resolve this matter directly with you regarding the damage to my Porsche key that occurred while my vehicle was in your care. Immediately after the service, the key was found to have water inside it. I returned to the car wash the same day, showed you the key, and you observed the water yourself. You mentioned that you would review your cameras and get back to me. Since then, I have provided you with Porsche's inspection, the repair estimate, and the dealership's video documenting the damage. Despite multiple text messages and phone calls, I have not received any meaningful response or resolution. The cost to replace the damaged key is $800. I am requesting reimbursement of $800 within 7 days of this message. Payment can be made by any mutually agreed upon method. If I do not receive payment or hear from you within that time, I will proceed with filing a claim in Texas Justice Court (small claims court) without further notice. I will also seek reimbursement for any court filing fees and other costs allowed by law. I would still prefer to resolve this amicably and avoid legal action. Please contact me within the next seven days so we can close this matter. Alex Ruiz
