We wanted to wait a few years to see how everything holds up before writing a review for this company. Some things broke down more quickly than we had expected. Others held up nicely. All in all, we think they are A-OK - not awful, not great. Looking back at the over all experience, we're not convinced that they are the best deal out there. There are cheaper options for the same quality and scope of service - you only need to look around. We were a bit naive (first time homeowners) and we probably didn't do enough research. Of course they smelled it - they're general contractors. To them, we were a great opportunity to exploit. The way the contract was written and the agreement was setup (loosely defined), we left ourselves exposed to gross overcharges for ancillary and add-on services and parts. We missed a few key details that we won't miss next time we hire contractors. We don't blame them for being opportunistic or anything. It's good business, we understand.
