If you had asked me to write a review of Tyre Spot 12 months ago, I would have written a rave…read morereview, saying how great their service was - I had always found them to be very helpful, providing a super fast service when they replaced my tyres. However, last summer I had a bad experience with them when they made an appalling job of changing my brake pads and then refused to accept liability for the damage caused leaving me £400 out of pocket. The tone of their correspondence about this with me was so rude and personally insulting that I am now completely unable to recommend them to anybody. What I would say is that they did a rushed job and have offered a complete lack of customer service and follow up when there was a problem. A company is only as good as its complaints procedure and in this case it is rubbish. Use Kwik Fit instead and steer clear of this place.

His prices are always sensibly priced and reflect a fair price for the work done, one thing you can rest assured is that if it gets fixed, it stays fixed. None of this, one part gets fixed and then something else mysteriously breaks. The work that is needed to be done gets done and there's none of the usual "you need to have the engine rebuilt crap" that the major garages try and pull. All in all a great garage that I would use any day of the week.
