This is the worst car rental company.They tell you different price when you do reservation but when you go to collect the car that car is never in stock and give you different car with double the price. They also have the worst customer service three employees keep talking for half hour while there is line up and customers are waiting. I went to collect the reserved car in france cdg airport 2d which i reserved. 1 Same car is not in stock and gave me different car with exactly i reserved for double the price same as i reserved 5 doors. 2 After one day car message started coming needs repair,went back to them and waited 1hour outside and half hour in line up while three employees keep talking and refused to help. My review does not pertain to any particular Eurocar agency but the Eurocar company itself. This company represents rental rates but changes the terms of the rates after the contract period is over. Beware when paying in Dollars. The company should bill when the rate is quoted and the car rented, NOT Two months after the car is returned and the exchange rates have fluctuated. In spite of having been quoted a rate for the rental period, the company ignored that rate and changed the rate terms of the contract after the rental period. The company refused to justify the increase in rental rates when a dispute with the credit card company was filed.... The company therefore lost their claim for the excess rates. Nevertheless, Eurocar continues to send payment requests to me when the matter for the excess overcharge was to be settled with the credit card company's dispute resolution service.
