I made a reservation for an exchange with them. It was a high dollar exchange. As I was going to make the exchange I came upon another exchange with a better rate right around the corner. Even though, I decided to go full fill my reservation at Euro. When I arrived I told the lady behind the counter that I had found a better rate at another exchange. She told me she couldn't match it so she cancelled my reservation without any problem. My suggestion is that if there is a better rate somewhere else to make the deal to match it.
