My rating really reflects the staffs inability to serve the meal in a timely manner. The boat leaves at 8:00 pm and for 2 and 1/2 hours all they served was bread and wine. We didn't get the main course until 10:30. After we chocked the main course down, dessert was at 10:45. Five minutes later we docked and the staff is now just bringing out the coffee. There is way too many company's here in Amsterdam to do business with. I won't be back. Folks don't be fooled by the 4 plus star average rating . We planned our day in Amsterdam around the tour but when we arrived at the booking area at the alloted time we were told that the bus had been broken down for 2 weeks and that we should have had an e mail informing us of this. We were given an e mail address to contact regarding a refund of our ticket charge and I duly sent an e mail on my return home. Now more than 7 weeks later we still have not received a refund and have had barely any response to our e mails from the company. Our day in Amsterdam was spoilt and our impression of the company is very poor due to the lack of any customer service.
