We ordered two miniature cars in June as a birthday present, which have still not been delivered…read more The company keeps blaming DHL for not delivering, however DHL has been able to deliver packages at our address for years now. We even got their advertisement in the mail, which is super contradictory. We have been super patient since June, but after half a year of waiting and no help from Model Car-World at all, that patience has ran out. We have asked for a refund but they say it's not their fault but DHL's, so they are not willing to work with us. We believe it is their responsibility to either deliver the cars, or give us a refund. DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS FRAUDULOUS COMPANY EVER!!! Update: they are not willing to refund us, even though they were never able to deliver anything to us. Ridiculous. Don't buy anything here.

I have bought a number of diecast models from Model Car World with no problems but recently I…read morebought a model via Amazon and when it arrived it had been broken and glued back together. When I contacted MCW they said return it and they would refund the money. After I returned it they refunded the original cost of the model and postage but REFUSED TO PAY MY POSTAGE COSTS FOR RETURNING THE MODEL. Even after Amazon intervened on my behalf they refuse to refund my postage costs, so I am out of pocket because they sent me a broken model. If you look carefully on their website in fact they do say that they will not pay any compensation for wrong delivery. THIS ATTITUDE IS TOTALLY UNFAIR FOR SUCH A LARGE ORGANISATION. Even after several emails and telephoning them in Germany they say that they do not have to refund my postage costs!
