**1-Star Review** Very disappointed with the service and professionalism at this shop. I brought my 2017 Audi Q5 here for a coolant pump replacement. Immediately after their repair, my vehicle developed new issues that were not present before. On the day of pickup, I noticed the **check engine light was on**, which was not there before. Initially, they denied that it had anything to do with their work, but later discovered that **a fuel injector had not been secured properly** during their repair. That alone was concerning. After I got home, I found that **my center console buttons had completely lost power**, which had never been an issue before this repair. When I reported this to them, they again denied responsibility and claimed it was an existing issue, even though it happened immediately after their work. In the end, they were **unable to fix the center console problem** and simply told me to take the car to the dealership. After causing these problems, they **did not apologize** and instead stated that I could complain wherever I wanted. This experience caused significant inconvenience, wasted my time, and forced me to spend additional money diagnosing problems that appeared right after their repair. I cannot recommend this shop based on my experience. read more

Had an unfortunate experience here this morning when I brought my 2011 BMW there for oil and filter change. The oil requirements for this non-turbo engine are very specific and the shop owner assured me that they are aware and are using the correct rated oil and filter for the car. He rattled of the brands which are fine provided to use the products these brands recommend for the car. When the bill came the oil listed on the invoice was a specific oil for a 2016 and later turbo motor with very low (thin) viscosity oil that is specifically not recommended for my naturally aspirated straight 6 motor. When I questioned it he said "pay no attention to that description you got the right oil". So I asked him if I could see the containers and he says, we don't have containers the oil comes out of 55 gal drums in the shop and you can't go back there for insurance reasons. It was pretty clear he was lying. Then I asked him if I got the German Hengst filter he said I would get because all the invoice said was oil filter. He said yes. When I got home I looked and I got a cheap generic brand filter. Who know what was in that mystery 55 gal drum but I do know it's not what my car specs require so I'm going back out to do this all again with a reputable shop. Beware!!! If they are misrepresenting the oil to save a few bucks I can't imagine what they are doing for real repair work. read more

Traveling for business from Austin to Plano in my Audi today, my brakes started locking up and sensors were going off like crazy. I pulled into the shop at 4pm and was immediately greeted by the owner. He took the time to listen to my issue, drove the car, diagnosed the issue, drove to McKinney to get the part, and I was repaired and out the door before 6pm. Excellent service in every way. I reach out to European Auto Imports to have my windshield washer tank replaced on my Mercedes Benz GL550, they install my tank ; however, the new design did not fit well. So, we removed seal gaskets from new tank and installed on old tank. They did good job on that. I need to bring back bc front bumper doesn't appear to be sitting back on vehicle properly. My first time using them ..I made my appointment online although I did call to confirm my appointment because I did not get an email back to say that I was confirmed, but that was minor. They did a great job on my Porsche. I had an oil change I was going to the dealership And spending way more than I needed to and they find stuff that needed to be fixed. I don't believe. So it was nice that they changed my oil. My car was clean when I received it. It took two hours because they had to order a filter that they thought they had in stock..otherwise would of been 1 hour will definitely be going back. read more

I took my Porsche Macan here today for an oil change. In the past, I've paid anywhere from $950-$1500 for an oil change at a dealership or certified Porsche repair shop. I recently moved into the area so decided to give this place a try. Guys and gals, my oil change today was $189! That's with 5 quarts of premium motor oil and a new filter. The labor was only $60. I could not believe it. A recent Uber driver had told me he services his car here too and I should check their website for coupons but this was such a great deal that I didn't even feel like I needed a coupon. They had quoted me initially $160-220 so I was prepared to pay $220 but the total ended up being $189. Very honest and transparent team of folks here. I need to get my brakes done soon and will definitely be back. read more

DO NOT USE THIS PLACE! Paid $3,800 for the repair of my Range Rover coolant system. Brought it back 4 times within 6 weeks due to "low coolant level" light kept coming on. Last time I brought it in they asked for another $7,000 to repair blown head gasket. If the coolant system was properly repaired the head gasket wouldn't of overheated and blown. Our car was up there for nearly a month waiting for a viable solution from the owner. Meanwhile we had to rent a car at our OWN expense. The owner was out having surgery and failed to respond or employ someone to do it. Upon return the owner denied any wrong doing and claims zero percent reliability. The owner is Albanian and believes in the old world hence telling my wife "he doesn't discuss such matters with females and no longer wanted to communicate with her." I contesting all of this with the credit card companies and unfortunately have to hire legal representation. read more

BEWARE! Took my car to European Auto Care/Imports in Frisco for a small transmission fluid leak. They suggested replacing the transmission pan and filling the transmission with new fluid (6 liters). My car experienced intermittent transmission slipping (this problem did not exist prior to the repair) immediately after the repair. A common problem with transmission slipping is low fluid levels. They assured me that the level was filled. Kept my car for 2 weeks to diagnose the problem. Never once called me to provide updates as they promised. They said the problem is a bad connector that needs to be replaced...a new repair that I'd have to pay for. I asked for an estimate for this new repair, which they never sent. After not hearing from them, I called to get my car back and was told they had already ordered the parts to replace the connector (at my expense) and it was arriving the next day. I told them I did NOT authorize this new repair and got my car back. Took my car to a different auto repair shop and they discovered that the transmission fluid level was 2.75 liters low. There was no new leak that would have explained the low fluid level. They filled up the transmission fluid and this alone fixed the problem. read more

I have been coming here for a few years now and their service used to be exceptional when their owner was still managing it. He was very knowledgeable. Now the service quality has gone down. I gave my car for service and the guys kept it for 2 days just to change engine oil. They were supposed to run full diagnostics and I had also asked for the tail lamp to be changed. They did not change the lamp or do the diagnostics as when I got the car back it said the brake fluid has to be changed. They were supposed to order the rear lamp and asked me to come back today to get it changed but when I went there they did not have it. Looks like they did not order it. The person managing the location now is not good. Hope the owner sees this and get back and get the act together... read more

These people tried to scam me. I HIGHLY advise you to find another repair shop. Here's my story: I lost power steering in my BMW, and the mechanics told me I had to replace the ENTIRE steering system. They quoted me at $3,600, which I thought was suspicious since steering systems don't just break that easily, especially on modern BMWs. He plugged his scan tool into my car and started showing me some codes. I asked him to explain what every code meant, and how he came to the conclusion that my entire steering system needed replacing. After 30 min of trying to bullshit me, I could sense something was up. I think he knew that I knew too. So I took my car to the official BMW dealership in Plano, and turns out a rodent had chewed off one of the wires. My steering was perfectly fine, it was literally just a single wire. They quoted me at $400. I told them what the repair shop told me, and they said whoever told me I needed to replace my steering system was trying to scam me. God bless Classic BMW. I highly advise not coming to this shady repair shop. These people are predators. They went to great lengths to lie to my face, thinking that I was just a dumb college student with money. Please don't let it happen to you too. read more

When I called late in the day assuming they just forgot to call I was told they might get around to looking at it the next morning. I just picked up my car right away so not to get this same run around and not have a car for days over brakes. First of all, I want to start off saying that Joel (the owner/mechanic) is a really nice guy. He's the kind of person you want to do business with and to see be successful. I took my Range Rover there for service interval check as well as a few other questions about car issues. He was very honest (probably could have told me one of the problems in question needed repair and I wouldn't have known any better) and the cost is reasonable. I have finally found a Landrover service alternative to the dealer that I trust in Frisco. I recommend to anyone! (I also saw a Maserati being serviced there. I usually prefer to go to a dealer to get work done on my BMW. I had an issue with my '13 BMW 550i and the dealer quoted me $4500 for a repair. I was floored. Did some research online and got some quotes from mechanics in the area based on what the dealer told me the issues were (suspension). They all came in lower than the dealer, not too surprisingly. We decided on European Auto Imports because they were slightly the lowest bid and they were close to home. They looked at the car and told me I didn't need to get all that work done. He correctly diagnosed the real problem and saved me, literally, thousands of dollars! I couldn't believe it. He tells it like it is, no nonsense, and is fair and honest.
