BIG MISTAKE! Then she had to call for more instructions on how to find them. When she finally found them she informed him that they had been there ready for five days already. THEN, I tried them on. The hemming job itself is bad enough, it's embarrassing, and they are no where CLOSE to the length I requested. Please save yourself a headache and robbery by taking your business else where. The drive in on Country Club has bollards which are in the driving path. They are very close in…read morecolor to the brick and not the traditional bright yellow. In addition, they are not very tall so they are not visible from the drivers position. After paying for cleaning and attempting to exit the lane, I inadvertently hit the last bollard. The clerk apologized because she was "supposed to remind me not to hit it". She went on to say she has "told the owner several times". After speaking with the owner, he denies ever creating a hazard, says I am the first to hit it and will not assist with any cost to repair my vehicle. First, there are several inexpensive corrective measures that could have been taken to minimize the hazard. The owner obviously doesn't care about his clients and apparently isn't honest either because the picture clearly shows I wasn't the first to hit his bollard.

It was dropped off 17 days prior to hurricane Laura and was not sent off before or even offered to be picked up prior to make sure it was saved. This dress was not cheap, but regardless of price a wedding dress is sentimental to risk losing in a storm when you told the customer it would be sent off before this event even occurred. Fast forward to November after calling to check several times prior and they could not give an answer to whether the dress was ready or had even been sent off to be preserved yet. The lady, Gayla, told me she had one with no name on it and we could come get it to see if it is ours. Her mother went and it wasn't hers, but the poor bride it belonged to could have had her dress given to anyone because of this careless worker!! Fast forward to January 2021 and the dress was finally returned, stains still visible, the store let them set without sending it off for over 4 months and being contacted numerous times regarding this concern. We went with them because we were told it would be sent off in less than 2 weeks. The box was not even checked to see if it was the correct order, considering the dress was packaged upside down in the preservation box. Bride's mother called and spoke to Gayla, the same lady that tried to give us another bride's dress, and said she did not care that they took this long to send off a dress and that it is not her problem. She told her she would contact the BBB and Gayla told her to go ahead and hung up. Terrible customer service!!!! I believe Gayla is a manager too, which says a lot about this business with a manager like that.

The woman behind the counter not only is pleasant and helpful, but friendly, and the reason that many customers, like me, are so loyal and keep coming back. There are a number of dry cleaners in the immediate area, and so this one must be doing something right to be so busy all the time!

The service at the counter is always friendly and they do have Saturday morning hours if you can't make it during the week. The biggest reason for my update and downgrade from 4 stars to 3 stars is the pricing. The pricing is to a point to where I take in a few shirts and a pair of slacks and it's $30. Crazy. I remember when it was more like $1.50 a shirt and now it's over $3.00. I've started buying more clothes that don't need dry cleaning as a result of their increases. I might even open up my own dry cleaning since they are making a killing. Overall they do a good job but the cost is limiting my business here. Enjoy!
