This hotel has limited parking because parking on the yellow line is illegal. They have a small lot but it is 12€ a day if you want to use it. Hotel is cute and the receptionist, Ruben was helpful with answering my questions about all the things. This hotel is conveniently a block away from restaurants and a few blocks from a market and gas station. Heading to the other side of the island could be about 2 hours which isn't too bad if you'd like to explore the whole place.
PROS:
- breakfast buffets every morning for 11€, but we never tried
- room light switches next to bed
- wonderful check-in service with Ruben
- 18 minutes from airport
- for 12€ a night, you can use their small lot
- swimming pool
- double-headed shower
- hair dryer
- room balcony views
CONS:
- no room service
- no vending/ice machines
- small bathrooms (a bit tough to get to the toilet with the door arrangements)
- no small shelving or furniture for when you want to bring in and place your shower products
- wanted the heater on for a bit (here in the end of December), but it kept on switching back to cold on its own..
- limited street parking (don't park where there's a yellow line waited on the floor)
- mini gym with only two machines (cycling & elliptical)
- could use a full body length mirror in the rooms
- smaller room than what photos shared on booking.com (distorted photos to give the illusion of a wider room)
- no clock in the room
- no ventilation for the bathroom
- hard to blow dry hair with such little bathroom space
- water leaks from shower to floor easily
- hard shower towels
Overall, price was good, but the bathroom was my biggest concern due to spacing to do anything in there. Otherwise solid spot and near the beaches, market, gas station, and restaurants nearby. read more
