[[HIGHLIGHT]]I recently brought my car to Eurotech for an estimate of repair as directed by USAA. Since I brought the vehicle in for it's estimate I have never been contacted by Eurotech nor did I receive an estimate of repair from Eurotech.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The USAA representative stated the Eurotech estimator told her "I authorized repairs". I don't have the authority to approve repairs for USAA. I do know as does USAA they were not my preferred shop. I had already provided USAA with an estimate from an authorized Audi dealership who has always maintained my car's. Here's my takeaway. Whoever USAA spoke with at Eurotech is dishonest. USAA steered me towards this shop probably because they had an idea Eurotech would provide a low ball estimate, half of what my preferred shop estimated cost of repair. Today, I received a California Auto Body Repair Consumer Bill Of Rights and after 32 years of membership with USAA they were not actually honest in accordance what the consumer is entitled to. I have requested USAA never refer another member to Eurotech, they lack values. As for my continued membership with USAA that is yet to be determined. read more

I brought an over-sized vehicle (A Mercedes Sprinter/Airstream) to them for repair of side panels. Normally, they could't accommodate a vehicle of this size because it wouldn't fit their paint booth. Nevertheless, they took it in and did a beautiful manual job. The side panels look like the first day I brought it home from the dealer! I'm not sure if someone else is as lucky as my big vehicle, but I'm sure they can do at least an equal and better job on a regular car. Statistically speaking, no business is going to make everyone happy, and that's just life. Eurotech consistently changed the finished when I first dropped off my Dodge Charger. They did however eventually end up paying for my rental after having my car for over a month and half. Ater another month of having it they told me it was done and I picked it up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]By this time I had not been contacted atleast five times on the day that I was told my car would be finished. I always had to call them and inquire.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] They kept having suspension problems which prolonged the process. Months later I take my car to the dealer for an annual check up. They told me that the repair shop overlooked the boot on my car and the stress tears have now ripped open and are leaking hydraulic fluid which directly effects the suspension on my car. I contact Eurotech and even go up there to speak to them about them completing the job that was started because the dealer will not work on it even though it's covered by the warranty because Eurotech already has. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I'm told that I need to wait for a call to setup an inspection five times in five different days. I call Thursday, show up on Friday, return Monday, call on tuesday, return on Wednesday, and wait Thursday. Still no call and even received an attitude by the lady working the front desk as I told her that I would like them to complete the job they started because they never finished.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] She told me that I can't leave my car there, because I need to wait to be contacted by their scheduler. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Between the smug looks, and dismissive careless tone, and the intentional lack of professionalism when it comes to communication I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I said nothing the first time because things happen sometimes (August '24). However I'm simply asking that they finish what they started and what State Farm paid them to do. Usually any shop recommended by State Farm I never question. Took my 2020 Corolla in on 1/5/23 for some body work for and accident I was in. When I first called the staff was nice and gave me an appointment right away for an estimate. The front office was very inviting and the young girl at the front desk was really sweet. After speaking with Alex (service tech) I was given a completion date of 1/25. Fortunately I was called in a week before then because my car was just about done. They did let me know that the door guard was ordered and they had not received it. They asked if I wanted to pick up my car now since the body work was done or bring it back when the part was received. Of course I chose to pick up my car and bring it back in for the installation. Alex explained the work that was done and again explained the door guard part that was needed. He said they would contact me when they received the part. On Monday 1/23 I got a call the part was in and took my car back for the installation which took about an hour. Kind Kevin assisted and also explained what was done. Carlos & Karla were very informative on the progress of repairs and all the work that was going to be put into play not just for the bumper but also for the frame and underside . Wear and tear has left the white pain on the body a tad bit more yellow yet I'm happy to say that these guys went out of their way to touch up my new bumper, so that it blends in well with the whole car. i came here to get my car serviced cause my insurance said it was a highly rated shop but NOPE! i guess the previous owner had a tiny bit of "work done" to it & the lady DENIED me and said they can't fix it. just for a LITTLE whatever tiny fix up the previous owner of my car did to it which is out of my hands. Never come here! They won't even cut you slack for it or we'll try to fix it as best we can sorta break. I know not to ever come here and I don't understand why it's a high rated shop. Eurotech comes through for me again! My truck got dinged by my community's gate as I was leaving one day and it closed on me before I had cleared it. Alex worked with me on it and was able to get most of the damage buffed out at no charge since only the paint was marred. They weren't able to do a simple fix on the chip in the paint, but it looks a lot better than it did before. I don't normally write reviews and I haven't written a review in years but this place definitely deserves one! This is my 2nd time here servicing 2 different cars (a BMW & Subaru Outback). Both experiences were excellent! I've been to a Subaru shop before for repairs and had horrible experiences from setting up an appt to picking up my car without it being washed or TLC. Eurotech have treated me and my car like A QUEEN. Their receptionist is super kind and friendly (she acknowledges you walking in and while you're there). They are quick when doing the appraisal and accommodate your time. They SEND YOU UPDATED TEXT MESSAGES DAILY so you don't have to wonder if your car will be picked up on time. They are CLEAN and respect your space! After picking up my car as scheduled, I was SHOCKED at how clean and new my car looked! Like a brand new baby! Washed and pampered inside and out. Their service is beyond my expectations. On top of the experience being there, the parts that they used were OEM (original equip manufactured) which I was also surprised and happy about. Don't take your car here. I went with my girlfriend to drop off her Blue Subaru WRX to fix her rear bumper scratch to make sure these snakes don't try to pull some crap on her. The day that she goes to pick it up, I'm not able to go because I'm working and she sends me pictures of a huge scratch on her passenger door and a dent that was not there when we dropped it off. Dropped off car here because of the positive reviews that I had read. People here are all very nice. Finally received my car a couple of weeks ago but NOT satisfied with the end results. After the my and my Insurance bill being about $7000. I see an Orange Peel finish on my car. Took it in to complain of the look but they said that is the Final Outcome. I personally don't agree and was and am NOT SATISFIED with the work especially for the amount that was spent. read more

I took my car to Eurotech in 3/16/2022 to have some repairs done. I was not sure what to expect. I was immediately impressed with how clean the property was inside and out. The staff were well mannered, personable and professional. I was advised my car would be ready by 4/10/2022. However it was not, I got back yesterday 4/20/2022. I wanted to be mad or sad. However, I was not. I felt taken care. While my car was there Alex was my point of contact . He was a godsend. I can't say enough about his ability to calm me down when I wanted to go off, he kept me up to date on what was going on with my car, why they had to do certain things with the car and above ALL he was very patient. Worst customer service I ever received, I was referred by a local mechanic and upon arrival asked to leave my contact information and I would receive a call back within the hour, 3 hours later I had to contact the store and they had lost my contact information. When I asked for an estimate appointment they had nothing available for the next two weeks. My car was on the shop a little longer than expected but they fixed the problem and even accommodated my with a renta car over the weeekend. I thought that was a reasonable deal. We have had our vehicle sent to Eurotech (Bellflower) each time is gets damaged due to somthing we did or someone else. Their service all around is outstanding from the those at the front desk making appointments and processing, to the service specialist who examines and orchestrates the work to makes sure everything is right with the customer. Also, the collision specialists who put the car back together as if it is brand new or even better do fantastic work that you cannont tell any damage was done to begin with. Today's visit was to seek assistance with securing a rear bumper that had come loose from a totally different repair job by the prior owner in a different place. Jamie, the front office specialist helped to squeeze us in to get our bumper looked at while Alex Meza helped to orchestrate a solution with one of the collision specialists. It was discovered that both sides of the rear bumper was missing pieces to secure it in place and Eurotech made the adjustment free of charge. Recently our 2012 Prius got rear ended by some BMW on the freeway and Mercury insurance refereed us to an assigned bodyshop. I was not comfortable with them just picking any body shops for me so I asked for a list of 8-10 shops found in the Anaheim area. After carefully vetting out all the reviews on yelp/google I decided to pick Eurotech due to their good reviews at the Cerritos location. Alex Mezza was the gentleman that assured us this prius will be fixed correctly and gave us an ETA about 3 weeks. He was very knowledgeable about the process and was very active in informing me what's being done next to our car. The vehicle was finally fixed and ready for pickup at this Bellflower location 1 week ahead of schedule. We were very happy with the results and work done on our car. My experience was great which is sometimes unheard of in situations like this...but I am glad it was done and DONE right. I had a little fender bender (front of vehicle) awhile back, and when I was finally approved to bring my car in for repairs, I decided to bring it in to Eurotech. When I initially brought it in on a Thursday, The front desk receptionist named Angelique was upfront and informed me that if I needed my vehicle and didn't have a rental for the weekend, it's best I return on Monday since my vehicle wouldn't be touched until then anyways. I thought that was actually very helpful and beneficial towards my situation. So, I returned on Monday and spoke with an estimator named Alex, we went over my vehicle and he clearly explained to me what the initial process and repairs would be. I thought it was just a minor front grille replacement, but the following day, a customer liason name Ryan reached out to me and told me after thoroughly inspecting the vehicle, there were further damages to the area of the accident. Ryan reached out to me to inform me that there was a delay because they were still waiting for a response and supplement approval from my insurance company. I reached out to my insurance company and found out that they sent the approval to the wrong email address. Within a day, my car was fixed, detailed and looking brand spanking new. I just cannot emphasize enough, the thoroughness and quality of work these guys do. The level of communication is superb and I will always recommend this shop with absolute confidence.
