She was very condescending in her tone and spoke to me like a 5 year old, rather than apologizing first and letting me know that Andrew was too busy to take on new cases. Of course the first time I spoke to Betty, on around 11/4/22, she (rudely) affirmed that Andrew was taking new cases, conveniently enough.
