I don't live close to the rental house I own, and each showing meant a two hour round trip for me. Not to mention following up with visitors, running credit reports, etc. My friend finally suggested I contact an agent to show the property. Sophia had great reviews online so I called her. I could hear instantly how transparent and easy to talk with she was. Once we got started, Sophia was highly professional in how she followed up with me and guided me through the process. I had questions about how to market the house and whether it required upgrades. Sophia was an excellent source of advice, always saving me from unnecessary expenses. She made herself available to me whenever I had questions or concerns. Within 2-3 weeks she had met several people for me and I was able to find my new tenants. Even then, she continued to provide insights and advice that helped in ways I didn't know I needed help. I was relieved of anxiety because I knew the listing was in good hands with Sophia. She communicated to me regularly, ran people's credit reports, provided a lease for us to use and got the tenants' signatures for me. Of course I don't want another vacancy, but when that day comes I know exactly who to call now. Thank you, Sophia.

Startled at first, these two beauties identified themselves and explained they had been trying to introduce themselves for quite some time, but could never catch me at home. I invited them in to see the house and spent a bit of time talking and getting to know them. Sophia loved our home and asked if we were at all interested in selling. We had just redecorated and were enjoying the newness of the project, but took her card and promised to keep in touch. Fast forward three years later, and after convincing my husband it was a good time to sell, I reached out to Sophia. Let me just say that in the three years since we'd first met, Sophia (with no pressure at all) always kept in touch, checking in with me from time to time. So sweet! So I called her and asked "Are you still selling homes?" The rest is history, and let me tell you, it went lightning speed fast! She and her colleagues, Lillian and Andy, took us from settling on an asking price, finding us a rental home, full staging, BEAUTIFUL photos . . . with an astounding $401K over asking. Never, and I mean never, did I expect that to happen. We closed on January 2, 2025 and I believe I am still in shock. She held our hands the entire way and was always, always available by phone, text, email and in person. I miss her, Andy and Lillian too. It was a lot of fun! Please do yourself a favor . . . hire Sophia. You will not regret it. And I promise you that after she sells your home, you will miss her.

My experience with Inbal Ben was extremely concerning…read more I contacted her about a specific rental unit that was being advertised. She initially provided details and mentioned there would be a showing. Within just a few hours, she suddenly informed me that the unit had already received a deposit. Immediately after that, she began pushing alternative properties -- every single one priced at least $1,000 higher than the original listing I had inquired about. The timing and sequence of events raise serious red flags. Presenting an attractively priced unit, confirming interest, and then quickly claiming it is no longer available -- only to redirect potential renters to significantly more expensive options -- strongly resembles a bait-and-switch tactic. Whether this is a pattern or not, the experience felt misleading and highly unprofessional. Renters are making major financial decisions, and this type of conduct erodes trust. If you are considering working with Inbal Ben, I strongly recommend extreme caution. Verify availability in writing and do not assume that advertised listings are genuinely obtainable. Transparency and integrity matter -- and in this case, both were seriously lacking.

Basically she has the "eye" for it and knows how to get the job done! I couldn't believe that she closed escrow in just 27 days after taking the listing. She has the right marketing ideas and brought an awesome professional photographer that made a big difference in the pictures. Now I know why she is one of the top agents in the SFV. If you are looking to sell a property she is the one to call! On the buying side she knows how to negotiate a better deal than others and points out flaws that you might have not noticed with the property till after you have moved in. Either buying or selling she is the right person for the job! Thanks again for all your hard work that paid off at the end! A++

My experience with Tamara Tambe as the listing agent was incredibly disappointing…read more I entered escrow in good faith and removed only the physical inspection contingency. My loan and appraisal contingencies remained in place. When my lender ultimately informed me that my loan could not proceed, I submitted a written cancellation. From that point on, I was repeatedly told that I had "no rights to cancel." As a buyer, it felt as though exercising a contractual contingency was being treated as if I had done something wrong. Rather than working toward a practical resolution, the cancellation process lasted more than a month requiring me to retain legal counsel and initiate mediation over my earnest money deposit. I understand that a listing agent has a duty to advocate for the seller. However, there is a difference between advocating for your client and unnecessarily escalating a dispute. In my experience, what should have been a professional resolution became an unnecessarily prolonged and adversarial process. If I were interviewing listing agents as a seller, I would want to know how they handle transactions when something goes wrong--not just when everything goes right. Based on my experience, I would have concerns about whether extending a dispute for weeks, involving attorneys and mediation, ultimately served the seller's best interests. I hope future buyers and sellers alike experience a more professional, solution-oriented approach than I did. Buying a home should be exciting, not intimidating. There should be a willingness to resolve disputes without unnecessary escalation.
