To keep a long story short. While on travel and 280 miles from home my breaks gave out in the rain. I was able to come to an eventual stop safely with downshifting and found myself 1.7 miles from Evan's. Within a half an hour of arrival the service shop had diagnosed my issues...and made a plan to repair my vehicle. From the kindness of their heart they took me to the mall in their own vehicle so I had somewhere to wait for my ride out of the rain and cold as they were closing before my ride would arrive. The compassion and competency in which they addressed my car issues and me was beyond spectacular. I highly recommend this shop of fantastic professionals! read more

Up till then very happy. Took my Toyota in for collision repair. All of a sudden over 3 months to "maybe" repair. but not now. Too busy. Mostly blamed overloaded with hail damaged cars. Then stated that the hail damages weren't as much a problem because of paintless dent removal. Wanted to redo estimate - said the 1st one was "sloppy" - meaning too low I guess. Basically refused to accept my business. Really wanted them to fix my Toyota because I liked the job on my truck. And no i didn't shoot my mouth or otherwise - just disappointed. I don't understand what happened, maybe because I pay out of pocket. Just lost a good well paying customer... never again.
